Hello there, i like the way you sharing the knowledge, its fantastic. i have Santak castle 3k Din. i won't give any output while on battery. it will shut itself off when trying to pull output. content output when input voltage through socket put in. i have checked All the FET's, Bridge and rectifiers seems oky. Thank you so much.
Your Batteries are faulty or batteries supply is missing due to loose connection. Or fuse faulty
@@gurjitprincesingh7932 Sir I can measure 81v on batteries output . Should i replace them? Forgot to mention 6X 13.7 V batteries and fault code 32 is also popping up.

@@crocke100 put your multimeter at final point of negative and positive of Batteries, you will get 81V.
Then start ups at batteries mode be pressing on/start button and simultaneously see is there any variation in multimeter reading.
If the reading down immediately then might be one or two batteries faulty.

It's impossible to drive from 48v.

For that you need lot of modifications, most important thing is Software to drive the controller PCB.
@@gurjitprincesingh7932 is it possible to use DC DC booster converter for boost 48V to 96V is this turn on in battery mode this is LED indicated 96V online UPS..
@@chandanaranasinghe7197 yes it's possible but the problem is Software feed in microcontroller Chip.
You need a new software to drive from low voltage and modify the various parts.
