This phase of life has so much loss. Grateful though, just not very motivated either. I am doing somethings, and grateful. I’ll be glad when I’m feeling more carefree and happy. Physical pain is rough to live with, and that’s changed myself a lot. Geez, Louise… give myself a mental break. 😮🙏🏽💜Thank you Ladies.

LOVED THIS, but the intro has a mix-up, it says PHYSIOtherapist ;) which is tying neatly into her advice with exercise...

Thank you for having Julia on your channel. Through the five years of my wife’s FTD diagnosis I lost the lady I loved. Then fell in love again with a different lady. Almost feels like I lost her twice.❤️‍🩹

@@GloriaLoftusHi Gloria : I'm dealing with my partner of 23 years dementia diagnosis as well. I've cried, grieved the past, present and future, but one day I realized that in giving so much attention to those feelings, I'm missing the opportunity to create joy and loving moments with Steve. I work everyday on keeping his day positive, and enjoying some of his new prospectives with how he see or does things with the disease. There will be plenty of time for the tears later. I hope you can enjoy your husband now, no matter where he is in the disease process. Much hope and love to you. Judy
