MH4G/MH4U - Charge Blade Kirin

Hi guys, this is my very first Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate video. I am very fond of using the charge blade because of its unique style of guarding and switching to a big axe. Also, i enjoy watching other people use charge blade guard points, so pro. So I am trying my best to follow their path of the charge blade. I will find ways on how/when to use guard points on monsters in the game. First off, is the Kirin. :D

u can use X+R from idle... but srsly sometimes we fail to do gp using that, as it needs the buttons to be pressed at the same time, and not simultaneously... the easier way is to use the special icon/button on the top right of ur touch screen that will always do the switching modes. if u find it hard to press that icon, u can switch start button and that touch icon feature via the options menu. thx

+Biscotti Nomnom Then move along to Arekks gaming channel. He covered the charge blade in detail. X + A is shield dash, which counts for 2 slashes. AFAIK, you need to charge up your shield first. It quick-charges your blade, so you can press R + X afterwards.

+Rock Man thanks, it was difficult for me too, i had to start off with great jaggi practice until i get used to the pressing of the buttons and timing... then slowly i train myself for bigger monsters... :)
