I am a beef short rib freak. And GSSM's is tier 1. I absolutely love it. I'll splurge and pay a little extra when BBQ restaurants have it in stock.
Martin's Potato Rolls are top notch! We cannot get them in Minnesota but on our yearly vacation to Florida we load up on them and bring them home. We freeze them and enjoy them all summer.

At my local BBQ place my go to's are the smoked turkey, the chicken and the jalapeño sausage. My sides of choice are the baked potato casserole, baked beans and mac & cheese. I always leave room for dessert because the pecan pie is delicious.

Go-to BBQ order (but not always): jumbo pulled pork sando with slaw on, bbq baked beans, mac n’ cheese, and fries. With a BBQ tamale as an app if they have them.

Brisket all day. I cook at a local pub and our specialty is house smoked brisket (and pork booty). All day torture but soo worth it

What do I order most at a BBQ joint? That's easy, burnt ends! If a BBQ place has great burnt ends everything else is going to be top-notch as well

My go to bbq plate would be a beef "DINO" rib,sausage link,smoked turkey, brisket and sides...collard greens, mac&cheese, baked beans and for dessert...banana pudding with Nilla wafers...YUMMY!!!!🤠

Although i live in Spokane, Washington, my ex-wife was from Kansas City, Missouri. So I have had my fill of KC BBQ. Burnt Ends are absolute perfection. Smoked brisket in any form is so great

I live about two blocks from Green Street, that is by far one of my favorite places. They have some of the best food in the West Loop.
That looked phenomenal. Cooked perfectly. The beef fat grilled onions is a nice touch

One good thing about living near kc is the great bbq! Burnt ends brisket smoked chicken and turkey are my go to! Great looking burger though..

In general, for burgers, if brisket is used it will be blended with one or two other cuts of beef, like short ribs and chuck. Jus' sayin. As for Barbeque. If you are in Owensboro, KY order the mutton.

I consider Smoque the best BBQ in Chicago but have not tried Green Street yet. Sharko's is my favorite suburb BBQ.

I mostly get brisket and the smoked sausages either plain or the jalapeño/cheddar and for me you gotta get Mac and cheese as your sides or at least one of your sides.
mac and cheese is a must at a bbq joint!
I got with pulled pork because if they do a simple dish like that well then I will go back and try the others.
