Super fun to watch you guys try that!! I am iffy on truffle as it is a flavor that should be a HINT and in the background. That's why I was curious. I've made a Blueberry, bacon cheeseburger with aioli in Mexico. I guess that qualifies as fushion! Damn, that was good.

It's not technically fusion, but if any joint has a "BBQ" burger on the menu, I don't need to look any further. Every place has their own variation, and they ALL good.

Egg yolk equals a bery rich sauce. Egg white equates to less than dry wall. Why!!!!!????? Put an egg on a burger with an yolk that does not have the ability to ooze, drip, ingratiate itself into your heart. Bah!

I would do a Mongolian Chinese burrito joint. Serve all the traditional Mongolian stir-fry dishes but served in an easy to take and eat burrito wrap. ID name it Mongolian-Mex-To-Go. or something like that
