That mystery man is like a combo of the Gman and The Outsider. The Gman likes people who prove themselves resourceful and capable of getting through near impossible situations. Meanwhile, The Outsider likes it when he sees someone who gets things done without leaving a mountain of bodies in their wake.
Every time I get a comment like "g-man in postal??????" I think back to this comment thanks for actually being original and mentioning someone other than the funny half-life man. Gonna be honest, I actually prefer Corey Cruise as the dude in postal 4 rather than Rick Hunter. Seeing as postal dude is a little older in this game, his voice would probably sound a bit different and Corey Cruise's voice kinda fits it.

Theory: The demon who was controlling the dude's father from postal 1 is probably about to control his son (postal 2/4 dude). This might mean that the dude might end up the same fate his father had.
