I don't expect it to happen in the slightest but with both John and the dude being in paradise in 2 it wouldn't surprise me if the dude ran into him somehow after this and then fought hell either together or against each other. Against each other because the dude wants the bitch to stay burning in hell. While John wants to be with Lorie and wants to open a portal to hell again to get her back or something. On the other hand they could work together due to the bitch and Lori getting together in hell and escaping so they can kill the dude and john. Heck, Gman could be the devil that Lori loved and now they want to rule the world. Problem is the dude is the only insane and psychotic enough person to tear open a portal to hell so he needs the biggest disaster the dude can create and that just so happens to involve John as well. The devil could lie to John saying you can have your girlfriend if you kill the dude starting off the battle giving it a serious tone instead of a i wanted to get married in a junkyard type of tone. Even depending on which ending is Canon for postal 4. Pacifists ending or not could play into it. Pacifist means the devil loses and you two actually end up having a pretty good life on earth and being bros. While non pacifists the dude gets stuck in hell fighting off the hordes of demons in a bathrobe and with his quadbarrel. While the bitch yells and complains you do nothing right (you could even say hed be doomed eternal in hell 🥁) would be kinda a nod to postal brain.
