When I got home, I wipe the SSD and installed Monterey but during setup, it show I needed to sign in with previous owner iCloud. I even sign into iCloud with my apple ID and was using it for about an hour. But I made a bootable USB and wipe the SSD to install Monterey. During the setup, that when it was asking the password of another Apple ID.

Hi .. is there any chance of a "with data save" version of this ? I didn't use my Macbook air for a month. When I came back it refused my password and locked me out. I have no apple I'd or time machine. And I have important manuscripts on the machine. I've already taken it to a repair guy who says I have to reformat and lose the data. He said he doesn’t have password of the main account of the MacBook, he used it by guest account. He can follow the steps on your video to erase everything even Apple ID of the MacBook?
