what if it is iCloud Blocked and it instantly appears when booting up, do you have a fix for it? I saw this really good deal and Im not sure if I should risk it

you have to remove the firmware chip soldered into the mobo and reprogram it with some device with a new clean chip in order to remove the icloud lock. there's people selling them on ebay already programmed but the serial # won't match the original one so you will have to edit that on that same flashing chip device which is also pretty cheap online. it's not easy for the amateur person but it's do able.

It only works if there’s no iCloud lock if it’s password locked only then yes you can unlock it this method but he didn’t mention there is no iCloud lock once you click options the mac just resets click bait be honest man come on !
I think that the real owner of that computer removed it from his apple account and that was the reason why the icloud was removed by reseting the laptop

You can erase the SSd but you need to select the APFS container named HD not the main drive Apple SSD
