I think to this day, the final breakdown in this song is still one of the heaviest breakdowns in all of deathcore and metalcore. 2006 - 2012 were the absolute golden years for deathcore.

When drummer doesn't have to scream for an hour at a time, on the daily. Have you tried it yourself? That stuff hurts after a while, and it's amazing he can get anything out at all after one day. More stamina IMO to do the vocals than to play the same guitar riffs you've practiced a hundred times.
Alex is out of shape, and probably has not eating correctly. That is probably the main reason for lack of power. There is times where he washes everything away with his voice, and others he doesn’t even have energy to finish a sentence. He plays as hard as he can through every time. Which is a great thing, and then it’s also one of his biggest Downfalls. As a vocalist. I know that it’s not good to ALWAYS push yourself to the limit, because your vocals like any muscle need a break. This specific problem is dietary. He has the sound down, but seriously lacks power, and fatigued quickly. Also may be a production problem.

So every band is meant to use ESP with actives to achieve a heavy sound? The MusicMans are exceptional instruments and they serve this sort of music pretty damn well, not uncommon for bands to track 7 strings in the studio with a MusicMan then just use their normal guitars live.
MAn I seen them awhile back at a warped tour in San Antonio and they were the hardest and best band that i saw there that day. and I dont jam too much of them but it was the shit

Was really impressed with these guys. Sound quality was good and they were much better than whitechapel who dissapointed me as i was really looking forward to them.
