      @@Leeleethomas2706 Thanks so much for the comment! Forgiveness is so important! You can't change the past so no need to dwell on it. It's much more productive to plan for the future ahead based on the lessons learned!

    Email was sent end of last week. And have already scheduled a meeting cadence with my chair for every two weeks. We worked together over the summer and I told her I needed regular meetings going into the Fall semester. We both agreed every two weeks was reasonable and will give me time to have something to produce for the next meeting.
