This month in our update I wanted to walk you through our SMS tool for Zoho CRM. If you haven't heard of this tool yet, please check out the video below!
BluText is an add-on that sends texts from your CRM.
With the latest update you will now be able to:

Also I’m a Keap user contemplating a switch to Zoho One. Is it possible to port over the existing Keap text number to use with Zoho One? All of our clients are use to this current Keap text line number.

This is possible, we would have to work with the carrier that currently "owns" your Keap number, and port it into Twilio (the software we use) to send the texts.

Looking for a video to cover setting up gaining permission from the contacts (borrowers) to send automated texts. Zoho has an 'Opt-Out' option, assuming permission has already given. However, I am finding regulations are preferring that we assume permission is not given until the contacts (borrowers) 'Opt-In' for these these text notifications. Do you know of any resources that could help in this setup?

Hi , I have question regarding drip messaging in zoho. example i have setup call from a number in zoho and from same number i want to sent sms is it possible. Note: i have different numbers for different scenario.

Hi Akansha,
Typically this is not possible to text and call from the same number. If you use our tool (BluText) this can be accomplished when using us for Texting, and something like Twilio for calling.
