I bought the Secrid Mini wallet with a beautiful hand-stitched leather sleeve made in the Netherlands. So far I really love the wallet even though it's a little thicker. I needed the soft leather for Xtra capacity & protection of my phone. Also, The look of it is beautiful.
By chance are you still using this wallet? Would you consider selling it if not, I been looking for one but with the leather attachment like yours and not the newer magnetic one.
I agree the wallet and leather sleeve is great. Unfortunately groove life just changed the attachment. Now instead of using screws to attach the two wallets they have converted to magnets. I am uncomfortable with magnets because they don’t have the security of screws, and I don’t want to misplace one of the wallets. Also magnets are an issue with items like hotel room keys and thumb drives. 5:08
That is interesting. I did not know that. I will have to look at a newer model. Having used Magsafe wallets in the past...it will really depend on the strength of that magnet but even very strong ones can slide off.
I'm an Army Ranger veteran and my mother bought this for me for my birthday and I really love this wallet I just wish it took maybe one or two more cards but hey who's really calling
This is the best wallet I've ever had. I've tried so many different leather and metal wallets. I will never go back! I loved my ridge wallet and had it for 5 years the metal gets worn down.and cards get scratches so easy..the only suggestion I would ask groove life is. Could you make it the box thener for the ones that just have two to 3 cards max on them.Think you grove life for creating such a fantastic wallet!
For me its between the Groove wallet with leather or the 118 trigger wallet. I think Groove will win simply because it's more ambidextrous. Thanks for the vid!
It seems that this wallet is more suited for men. Maybe that's why the commercial has only men advertising this product as well as the You Tube info. I am a woman & this does not seem like it is for me. I also don't like that the cash strap is on the outside & exposed. Plus when going through the airport because one would need to place it in the bin supplied. Not Smart. Thank you NOT.
This doesn't look near as good/nice as the newer Ekster Aluminum Card Holder or even the Parliament. Researched and read tons of reviews and Ekster just makes a much better product.
As someone who has an Ekster, I switched to groove because it is a lot better quality. The ekster felt cheap and is spring and plastic for the mechanism

Is this full metal wallet magnet to your phone? And if so is it strong enough to hold on?

That's my gripe as well. I currently have a grip6 that I'm getting tired of, but it holds 6 plus 8 with the outside add-on.

I agree on a smaller version. While it is already thin...there are times I like to carry less cards.

If you only have like 3 or 4 cards will the cards fall out? I have that problem with the Ekster.
It does a good job of holding less cards due to the spring loaded hinge.

It is about the going rate for wallets like this right now. You can find cheaper ones but I find those fail pretty quickly.

It is 100% marketed and designed for men. That money strap is also removable.
It's just a wallet, you don't need it to be pink to be a woman's wallet.
