If it says your account has been disabled then it's probably either you who disabled it or Discord did it. If you didn't do it then you need to contact Discord Support to ask why your account is disabled. There's nothing I can do there unfortunately :c

You can open different accounts on different devices. You can also login to 3 different accounts on your same device but you can only use one at once. If you want to use the other one, Discord has the feature where you can switch to your other account. Just like insta or Twitter.

You can also use your phone number as email if you connected it with your account.

You need to know your email to log in. You can also add your phone number instead of your email if you already verified it with your phone
