@@tejooo I once let up a Hail Mary to the Seahawks that bounced off my defender’s hands, into Lockett’s arms, and he ran 20 more yards for the game winning TD. It was at that point that I gave up.
I just loved the play from his linemen. They got beat, then rallied to protect their QB. Awesome play from Kyler and his offense.

Reminds me of those electric football games we had back in the 60's and 70's. The "players" randomly moving in all directions, but once in a while, if you let it play out long enough, the guy with the ball went where you hoped he'd go. Amazing play. Probably used up 1/2 the oxygen supply on both sidelines after that.

@@Zack29810 Because in the early version of the game I had, they were really poor looking attempts at players. Mine had a pressboard field, and the players had a plastic oval base with tiny nubs for feet. You had to put a metal piece on top of the plastic base, then shove the stub for the player into the hole to keep it all together. My players were completely white for one team and completely red for the other. Nowhere near as fancy as the sets that came out later and had replicated uniforms and more realistic players. My "football" was a little white magnet, so it would stick to the metal base. Regardless, we had hours of fun. Think we ended up coloring some uniforms with felt pens. We also did "tests" to see which players could run straighter, and which would turn the same direction. Those were marked on the metal bases, so we could try to strategically utilize their most likely direction (which was seldom straight.) Probably drove the rest of the family nuts with the buzzing.
