This is the sort of show that should be on prime-time terrestrial TV. Not shows about people buying more houses (which is unrelatable and irrelevant for most of us these days.) We need more successful business owners. Which creates more employment. Which raises the GDP. This means we can go back to buying houses, or at least get excited by watching other people buy houses in the hopes we can actually do the same one day.

12:25 I can see you put the sockets there thinking the bed woill be placed in that space. I think you will find that if you put the bed there centrally, it will be a pain becauise you have to walk along the low ceilings, whoever is living there might end up move the bed the other way so they can get into bed without crouching so the sockets and light switches would look really out of place. These days people use remote control builbs and smart bulbs so the switches might be redundant and look a bit ugly.
The downlights are also really really annoying in a bedroom when you're lying in bed and the light is pointed directly at your face.
