    Which setting: exercise, massage, etc? Also, it didn't look like you had to reset the machine. I just got mine and it appears I have to reset it every 30 to 60 seconds. Could you go over the settings for us?

      Hi Bonnie, we typically recommend 30-35 Hz, low for exercises and 40 Hz high for massage but it's all individual preference. If your machine has 30/60 timers, simply hit the repeat button. Some models have longer timers - the MOVE model in this video has a continuous run timer of 9 minutes. Hope this helps!

      Hi Keary - 35Hz, low amplitude
