Still playing catch-up in lockdown...really enjoying your sterling work with all these wonderful walks Sarah & Andrew...and doggies! Love the way you were pointing out Wheal Kitty in the guide book and suddenly you were photo-bombed by two kitties!

Memories. I did my primary school in St Agnes. My father was in Lloyds Bank and we lived in the bank house next door to the Mens' Institute. Left in 1962 when he was promoted up country. It is God's own country. Praber jab

I was thinking of painting Stippy Stappy myself, but I don't have enough emulsion paint! Glad you like the video, thanks for watching Andrew

I really love St Agnes, a village and community with the most wonderful history and coastline - what more could you want? Sarah :)

Had a rather nice cream tea here earlier in the year at the Cornish Cafe at approx 9.16 on this vid! Needed it as had just tripped right over my feet out on the cliffs and landed with a thud in the grass near the Tin Mine! Saved by husband and daughter from rolling any further! They thought it was hilarious! I didn't....had the bruises to prove it. Cafe has Teapots everywhere dating back hundreds of years! Lovely walks around this area of Cornwall (as long as you don't trip up.....) Roll on October, coming back again, hopefully this time without landing with a bump!!

I'm glad you recovered with no ill effects! I don't bounce anymore, so I am a bit careful on the cliffs..still like a good cup of tea afterwards though. I hope you are getting excited about your next visit and planning some walks..... say 'Hello!' if you see us out and about! :) Sarah

I must agree, St Agnes is great place, I have stayed there several times over the years. The views from various points are fantastic. Sadly my legs are not willing to tackle the slopes and steps ( actually they are willing but can't haul my fat gut). I can only just manage Stippy Stappy. Time to give up pasties, cream teas and those micro brewery beers. Anyway, can I give it a 10? Can you give full marks to a town with no bank? Well, it's not the towns fault is it, nowhere else has a bank now!

Of course you can give it a 10 - just take some cash with you for a treat after climbing Stippy Stappy! Sarah

The coastal route Boscastle to Tintagel is a beautiful walk if you can find a circular one in one of your books.

Now that the peak visitor season is over and the A30 is easier, we are itching to get out and about - Boscastle is certainly on our list of future walks! Can you recommend a good pasty shop? Sarah

I am not sure about Boscastle but Tintagel definetely has a good pasty shop. It is called Pengenna pasties and is just around the corner from the way down to King Arthur's castle; delicious scones too.
