A few months back, when I announced this show, a lot of friends, seeing the title asked me, 'how can love and peace coexist? It's not possible'.
I met a lot of people as a preparation to this show. I spoke to a few trauma survivors, psychiatrists, counsellors and listening to them speak I realised that we have set the bar too low.
I have decided once for all that, love and peace can coexist and my entire life will be on this basic premise that: Any love which doesn't evoke peace, may not be love.
Hope, we all strive for a love which brings peace to us and to our loved ones. Hope you enjoy the show :-)

This is the first long stand up which I have watched completely without being bored. The last Sai Baba part was one of the most wholesome part and it elevated comedy as a whole, not just standup but the whole storytelling was elevated because it was a mix of emotions and I'm looking forward to seeing this trend being caught on because humor is most effective when you feel all the other emotions too
Hi , i went through those abuse in my marriage life. All through these days I was crying and longing for loving words which can recognise my love for him. And your letter is such a therapy. I went through a painful breakup recently (relatively recent) where the girl cheated on me after promising to always be with me and always having my back. I kept imagining how things could have been different had I been different - had I acted differently, or said something different at a specific time.
Thank you for making me realize that no matter what I would have done, I couldn't have saved anything, cuz she would still have been the same shallow and characterless person she has now shown herself to be. Not only did she cheat on me, she left me feeling like the bad guy in the relationship - she made me feel like the villain in my own story. On top of that she left me alone (I don't live in India, so don't have my family or friends around me) while she had her family to go back to.
Now I know that, no matter what I do, I cannot change what happened between us, and that I should only be thankful that I am now rid of her. I know that what we had was not love, cuz I wasn't at peace back then. I am not at peace even now, but I hope I will get there someday soon.

I'm your twin brother bro. I too wasn't at peace back then and made quick decisions and jumped into a relationship with a girl and she lured me emotionally, cuz she knew I was gentle and kind, she could've gone with my other friends but no, she knew what she was doing . All she wanted was to make her bf jealous and she used to meet him frequently while she claimed to be with me. I liked the way you told" made the villain in my own story" that gave my confusion a relief. That person was the best of best friends in character was my delusion. But yeah, Universe gives you the best things you wished for and then gives vision to see the dirt in the best . This world is a constant change and temporary . The void taught me the way to the permanent and that was spirituality.
More power to you brother and may the understanding come to us before our own emotions swirl us up.

Oh man, I just finished watching Rajasekhar Mamidanna's standup comedy video and I am still in stitches! I haven't laughed this hard in ages. This guy is a comedic genius and I am not just saying that because I want to get a lot of likes on this comment. I am saying it because it's the truth. His jokes are so clever and well-delivered, it's like he has a direct line to the funny bone in my brain and he's just hitting it over and over again. I don't know how he comes up with this stuff, but I am grateful for it. I think I need to go lie down now because my cheeks are starting to hurt from all the smiling and laughing. Great set. I thought I will repeat your words verbatim which resonated with me the most or will praise you for making the audience laugh and cry and ability to evoke both emotions simultaneously but I was not able to find appropriate words. So I did the next best thing. I liked Subscribed and shared your video with as many people as possible. I know it's not much, but still wanted to do my part to spread this message of love and peace and especially to make people understand that it's important for people who matter the most in your life to feel safe, loved and at peace around you.
