- If you follow Hugh Jackman's Wolverine training plan, is it possible to look like him without the use of steroids? Hugh Jackman always trains hard to get into super mutant shape to play Wolverine, and the recent Deadpool & Wolverine was no exception. Hugh Jackman looked insanely jacked in Deadpool & Wolverine, and it left many fans wondering how Hugh Jackman trains to get into such amazing shape. But many other fans suspect that Hugh Jackman uses more than just hard work and a Wolverine workout plan to get into super shape. So in this video, I'm going to answer the question, "Can You Build Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Body Without Steroids?"

8000 cal a day sounds like the recipe for a masssive dirty bulk
Oh ya 100%
olympia level bodybuilders eat 6-8k calories. No way these actors are eating that much food
@@martinezbiz I don't think he knows how to count calories. He said half a pizza has "what 6000 calories easy?" Thats a massive exaggeration. Looking up calories its roughly 350 calories a slice for the avg LG pepperoni pizza, x4 slices is half =1400. Apply that to his logic of 6000, and that he's exaggerating by a ratio of 4.28x of what he says he eats.
@@DanzoSrife every bulked up actor says the same thing. 6k calories of chicken and broccoli followed by 3 to 4 hours of gym
Bulk ? Is that hulks blue cousin
I'll take Hugh's word and say he doesn't do needle steroids, but probably TRT. Also gotta remember, he doesn't look like what you saw at the end 24/7. That is right during a pump, probably worked out 30 minutes prior to that scene, dehydrate, great camera and lighting, putting him next to Ryan Reynold who is a lot skinnier and leaner, and greasing up his body. So yeah, I say Hugh is "natural" but he has a lot of help with cameras and other effects.
Hugh Jack = GOAT
TRT involves needles. It is injectable Testosterone and he is using more than just Testosterone. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years.
@@Lewis-me7jr He started using it before Origins: Wolverine movie, you can see it by his drastic increase in size and vascularity…
I totally agree with this video. 50 year old guy here. I did a photoshoot 3 years ago and did the peaking method. Not ever again. I was constantly feeling drained. I got down to 8% body fat but as soon as I ate a burger after the shoot, shot back up immediately.
A lot of what the media portrays is, as this video said, after optimal conditions surrounding the time when the media is taken. It is not realistic to maintain throughout. But nowadays i maintain at about 15-16% but still look lean. So yeah get buffed but don’t put so much pressure on yourself.
The production value is AMAZING in this. 🎉
Thanks bro!

Our poor Hugh Jackman must have been dehydrated during his shirtless scenes
For real! He must have felt rough
@@ParisDemersBut it was hilarious in the last Deadpool film and we finally got him in his classic outfit
I remember he said during 2013 the Wolverine and 2014 DOFP, Hugh went 3/4 days without any water for those shirtless scenes 😮
@@ParisDemersbro hugh was 46 in days of future past during filming he is born 1968 not 1970 you dig me
Short answer, don’t do what Hollywood does. It’s just not worth it or healthy.
CGI is the ultimate secret. I mean think about it. Marvel did a very realistic Thanos and Hulk, and in 2006 CGI was advanced enough to make a hyper realistic Davy Jones. Enhancing the body of an already fit guy like Hugh Jackman or Chris Hemsworth is trivial at this point.
People just dont want to believe their “heroes” arent really heroes.
Keep in mind guys
"HES DOING THIS TILL HES 90" (read it in a deadpool voice)
love your work man. can you make a video on how some one who is very unathletic and slow can start a peak athleticism phase of training with mostly body weight movements it would really help out
Sure man!
You can definitely look like Hugh in The Wolverine without steroids. He inspired me to workout when I was 16 and although I couldn’t fill my chest out like that my abs and obliques were sculpted like that of a Greek god
Edit: that was as a teenager without a personal trainer or dietitian. It’s definitely possible
Agree, though he is on steroids
Please give training program to get the swimmer body.
I look like him from the first movie now. I don't really work out. I'm 37, generally live a clean lifestyle, and work as a laborer. I have no doubt I could get like how he looks in the new movie naturally.
Bro we want BATMAN videos.
Ok I'm on it!
@@ParisDemers I freakin' LOVE your batman diet and supplement videos. 🥰Nightwing would be very interesting topic to cover too.
@@miku-rt4dr I’m really glad you liked them :) I’ve got more in the works!!
His physique in Deadpool is definitely enhanced and he was onto something. But it still doesn't take away the hardwork he put in despite him being in his 50's, you take tons of jucies but if they don't workout their won't be any results. The young guys shouldn't keep unrealistic expectations.
Do for these characters bro:
Mcu captain america diet and training
Yuri boyka diet and training
Master chief diet and training
Solid snake diet and training
Ryu diet and training
Akuma diet and training
Kazuya diet and training
Jin diet and training
Ohma diet and training
James bond real life series
Batman part 3 series
Michael jai white diet and training
Ancient greeks and Spartans diet and training
Broly diet and training
Black panther diet and training
Iron Fist diet and training
Daredevil enhanced training
Wolverine diet and training
You got it bro! Thanks a lot!
Hugh jackmans body in D and W is definitely achievable without steroids
@Trendster Deadpool and Wolverine
a lot of peoples bodies on steroids are achievable without steroids. doesnt mean he didn't take PEDS
I like to think he is definitely clean its just in his shirtless scenes he's very dehydrated and has been on a workout for straight up 17 years
@@martinezbiz Yes thats true. But how do you know he took steroids?
@@spider-man5544 Yeah exactly
If he took steroids, he’d be way bigger. Besides, these guys full-time job is to get in shape and look like that. They have personal trainers and personal dietitians. The average Joe has to do all himself while working a 40 to 50 hour work week.
Agree 100 percent alot people don't know anything
Sorry but most people on steroids barely look like they workout. Even on gear it still takes a lot more discipline and dedication than 99% of the population has.
@@Lewis-me7jrthat and the genetic factor comes into play. So not everyone taking steroids will look the same.
FML. Can't believe there are noobs that still think these guys are natty 🤣🤣🤣...
My guy, Huge JackedMan is 55 years old. Listen to me, FIFTYFIVE. Nothing there left to say. You believe what you want to believe ..
@@mr.magnetic8884 true. Everyone doesn’t have the androgen receptor density to get massive results.
Great vid
Thanks :)
Even though he does have alot going for him, such millions of dollars to afford trainers, dietitian's, rest and recovery, and decades of muscle memory. There is the issue of his age, and the time frame. So no. Hugh is no "natty daddy."
Hey Man I am following you form a very long time and your training routine and diets like anime characters are very effective. I am following like Baki, SAITAMA, Bruce Lee, Batman etc. And it is very effective. So being an old subscriber and follower I have a humble request to you. Can you please make a same video on "KRRISH" an Indian Superhero. I will be very thankful to you bro.
Thank you and Lots of LOVE from INDIA.❤❤
Thanks for all the support man! Let me look into that
@@ParisDemers Thank You Bro for reply 👍🏻
Im a skinny guy at 155lbs and honestly... yes, u can. With the best lighting and the best pump ive managed to look pretty huge. Even on my last cut i was shredded at 130lbs and i was looking like one of those hollywood actors in their shirtless scenes... can u maintain the Hugh Jackman physique for 24 hours though? No, but a pump easily gets me there
Day 4 of asking for mma fighter leon edwards
You should ask Mr athletically certified athletic bodybuilder Mr know it all Mario Rios!😆
@@brucebanner3566 i would, but mario dont know shit abt mma but i am an mma fighter
Mario rios like Leon Edward cake
@@ollie57 respect to you
Still waiting for Jack hanma plan 👍🏻👍🏻
Thinking about how I could do this one hmm
Can you make video on Moonknight training program
Hey man can you please make a workout plan video of Ken from the manga Sun-Ken Rock?
Yes u can
Next up BATMAN
You can
1:05 thought it was 4 bud. Guessing you making program up
He's used different programs across his long carrier playing wolverine. That's why I said 4 to 5.
Hugh Jackson without steroids is good for the 55 years old man
Hey man! Do you think you could make a video on iron fist if you haven't?
Could it be pre knowledge and post knowledge
Day 6 of asking Paris for Batman the caped crusader or monkey d Luffy or Finn the human
Never clicked faster
Yes. There are better results in body building prior to steroids.
Great video as always. So I have an issue where I'm trying to figure out. I used to love boxing. I used to do it at least once a week if not more. Used to enjoy working out since my baby has been born 2 months ago. I have no motivation, no discipline to train really at all. So right now I'm doing a 20-minute walk four times a week and two calisthenics exercises just depending on my mood today for one set I want to get back in the boxing but I just turned 35 and I'm overweighting out of shape. How do I get the discipline back? How do I get the desire to train back?
Hey man! My guess is you haven't been sleeping well since you had your baby. Honestly when someone isn't sleeping well it's not to impossible to feel motivated to train. If this sounds like you I would first try to get back onto a good sleep schedule. I bet if you do you'll see your motivation return!
@@ParisDemersthanks man you are correct I also have high stress job that I work 60 hours a week without consecutive days off and constantly changing schedule
Honestly, I'm a father of four, and honestly had to lower training volume due to not sleeping well and after work having to be arround the baby so wife could take a few micro naps she was in desperate need. So in the first eight months whenever new baby came, I kept myself in shape by taking my baby out for a long two hour walk with baby cart every day, and whenever the baby slept at home took the time and did few pushups here and there and did a few reps with weights still while watching over the little one. That was my way of keeping in shape.
@@user-cs2mh9kq3s I'm getting to that same point the bulk of my workouts are walks right now
But what if you’re naturally fat, like me. Would you need to bulk? Or could you just go straight to cutting?
Hugh oh i mean HGH said 6000 calories to be fair this could have been he’s bulking faze but who knows I’m sure he’s life time natty just like the rock and Mike O’Hearn stay natty my freaks 💉💊🔥🐓🥦💪🏼
Can you make a coyboy training program
No the answer is no
Day 1 of asking Paris for Batman the caped crusader or monkey d Luffy
Im 42. Been training since I was 14 with MAYBE 1-2 years of non training in between. Total. And even I cant achieve that "look". Yeah, I look great. Specially for my age. But stop lying to these kids that watch your video. Thats 100% pure A grade juice. Everyone. EVERY SINGLE ONE of those "superheroes" is juiced up to heaven and back. SPECIALLY since (like you mentioned) most of those guys are around my age or older. Pharmaceutically enhanced up the wazoo. Dont mislead your audience dude. They can look amazing if they give it their all for a long, LONG time (Im living proof to that) but forget about those superhero bodies. Aint gonna happen...
Make gigachad
Ya know what else helps? When Hugh is getting PAID to do that because it is his job. When focusing on fitness is absolutely 100% the ONLY thing ya gotta focus on and show up for, you can train like crazy? Did you work out for 4 hours that day off and on? Sure. You also walked into your kitchen and your sponsors had a macro focused chef prepped meal ready for you.
Average folks... Give yourself some grace.
Why aren’t all millionaires and billionaires jacked too then? I know its hard to believe but movies are lots of fakery, like literally all of it from the fights, the cgi, the editing. Women wear makeup and don’t actually look like that all the time too.
K j apa workout plan.
I genuinely believe hugh jackman was not on steroids for his entire career his physique really doesn't have that enhanced look and he just looks crazy because hes super lean, his sholders aren't capped his traps aren't crazy looking and well camera
nope watch greg doucette
You dont want to believe. Sorry, your “heroes” arent really heroes, they play one. Im almost sure you don’t workout or been in the fitness game long enough. I bet you believed liver king was all natty too because he was claiming natty for years and tons of people believed him.
@@donn.4766 I've thought about it for a while I don't doubt later in his career he was taking something he was in his 40s in the wolverine but his over all look I think can be attained naturally of course you won't be as shredded or as big depending on how tall you are but hey it's Just my opinion. Final note I never thought liver king was natty and I've been training for about a year Im not really into the fitness side of TH-cam but liver king was obviously not naturally it's not even funny
@@mr_Pariah0622 its the whole, getting jacked for a role and then getting results in 4-6 months thats also glaring. A pro athlete who lives that life can get that ripped, not a guy who is doing a romantic comedy and looks normal then suddenly gains 20lbs of lean muscle with no fat showing.
Also, its not hard to digitally enhance muscles and also tone with makeup and lighting.
No, you can't. You naturally or genetically have to be a Huge Jacked Man
Does ANYONE offer solid info on Hugh's workouts WITHOUT trying to con us into subscribing to some bullshit?
Yes with good genetics i supposed but hugh genetics is average maybe slowly below. I got a better physique natural in 6 months
6:06 insane comment maybe its genetics. My boys and I look better than him in 6 months. His very skinny, but just lean. And yes were lean.
