      That's not how that works. She has the right as a tenant to accept them, but she also has to pay for them. The plaintiff nor the judge has the power to say she can't accept those calls.
      He is an arbitrator which is all he's allowed to do because he's not an actual judge. Arbitrators have a very low burden with minimum authority.

    Lesson #1: Don't get an attitude with the judge. Lesson #2. Respect the courtroom. If you can't handle the truth, that's on you.

    The biological mother said at the end "The judge did not want to listen to my
    point of view",He's not obligated to do s**t lady,you just couldn't take the fact that he has insulted you the way that he did,he's calling you out for what you really are,& that's disrespectful,ignorant,& rude.

    This means, the mother has final say on who can or who can't contact her son.

    Having both parents in his life if one is incarcerated I don't think that's a good idea having your father in your life I mean your dad supposed to be somebody you look up to he supposed to be your hero I don't know how somebody locked up could be that

  • @henrysterlinggg5984
    @henrysterlinggg5984 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Mom is not going to move her grandson out of the house. She's too invested and in her heart she's protecting him. The young lady is heavily invested in her son's father and will not hesitate to use the son as a bargaining chip to get what she wants. It's a very delicate situation they're in. 💯
