Some of these characters you rated low are pretty damn good when paired with another. Nakuru is at least an "A" since her CC does DOT. La Pucell, Vanessa or Saw have the shock debuff and paired with Sharon which does an extra 31% additional damage to enemies with the your "OoOOooo" Shock debuff. Obelisk as an S but mainly cause she can cancel all enemies ultimate if timed manually and her time reversal also affects allies. Slayer is at least an A tier cause she can tank magic users. LOL Bloodia is a unique boss melter 30% dmg against Raid bosses paired with Iris that buffs the whole team with 25% dmg and reduces dmg from special monsters by 5% which gives Bloodia a total of 55% dmg against raid bosses at least an S tier in Union... and I stopped watching after this since it looks like you haven't played much with this analysis.
