dear appendix. You're a hero. If you do this for our other youtube lives going forth, we'd love to give you a membership to The Vault. -- if you're down shoot us an email at support@3dmusclejourney.com 🙂
I'm such a big fan of how effectively and respectfully you communicate. I've learned a lot about hypertrophy from you, but I think what I'd want to steal from you most is how well you flex your expertise without being off-putting. Thank you.
my guess is: leg curl only will grow hams up to a certain point. but extension at the hip will give hams a different stimulus, giving it even more growth.

Both your channel and the RP channel deserve much higher sub counts

I was about to hit the like button several times but noticed I already had. 👍👍👍
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question (and others' as well). Have a nice day!
Superb thanks Eric
Thanks for answering my questions! Appreciate it!
Thanks for this, it was great! Looking forward to future AMA's.
Fantastic information as always, concise, informative and decidedly lucid!

I missed this!! Turning on the bell now
Content for the morning workout 🙂
Eric, who’s personal training program would you recommend the most? Who actually follows the research and gets your stamp of approval?
Would love to figure out a good program to bodybuilding and some power building for a carpenter that works 50 hours a week.
Hey Eric! Can you add the questions/timestamps, please? Thank you :)
I understand leg curl is needed but is a hip required to fully train the hamstring muscles.
Would only leg curls be sufficient?
my guess is: leg curl only will grow hams up to a certain point. but extension at the hip will give hams a different stimulus, giving it even more growth.
👌🔥🔥
For the algorithm
18 sets for one body part? Wow, you guys do some seriously low intensity work.
Example- your frequency is 2x/week, say chest, you do 3 sets on bench, incline, and flys each day, thats 18 sets
