- In this short video Marilyn Atkinson introduces the Life Wheel, a system that allows people to look at multiple areas of their life and decide what they would like to change based on their own evaluation of where they would like to be. Marilyn also provides an answer for what to do when a potential client says 'I don't need a coach'.
Marilyn explains that the Life Wheel can be effectively used to engage a prospective client or with beginning clients to paint the big picture.

Thank you for your question Arawaia! The Life Wheel is a tool you can use for yourself, or with coaching clients to assess priorities, life satisfaction, and goals. The 8 sections of the wheel are created by the person choosing the specific areas of life they want to focus on. Some common areas are health, family, career, spirituality, and personal development. You can find more information about using the Life Wheel on our blog: erickson.edu/blog/solution-focused-life-coaching-wheel
