Its true I wonder why they dont publish Financials anymore.
Can someone who is a member ask them to publish?
Latest I find from IRS is from 2019 and that is for Foundation
Interestigly Yoga Alliace (both organisations) have 25mUSD in assets. based on data from 2021 and 2019.

I believe that has something to do with COVID … I’ll email them today ☺️

You can get insurance easily without going through Yoga Alliance. You don't need them to get it. Most teachers are not signing up to belong to YA. You don't build a community. There's no meetings. It's not worth the money for a membership. Just use it to check that the school you are taking training from is a member.

      Agree!
Personally I share this opinion. With that said I believe in seeing all sides. I think some might find value in that organization ☺️ that was the purpose of my video)
      I hope
      You enjoyed it 🙏🏼

@@yogipreneur4485 I don't see why that's necessarily obvious. Scriptures clearly say that yoga asanas came from gods such as Shiva and Matsyendra, neither of whom ever held Indian citizenship as far as I know. it would be as if an alien spaceship landed in Belgium, shared a new branch of science with humans, and it was forever thereafter considered "Belgian." Sanskrit is believed by scholars to possibly originate from Eastern Europe (no one knows for sure), while yogis claim its origins are "deva vani", ie created by Brahma (again, not in India). lastly, present borders bear little resemblance to the geography of ancient times -- so the actual origins of these practices could be anywhere from present-day Nepal to Afghanistan. certainly India has been the caretaker of yogic knowledge for centuries -- but, in the end, who knows where it came from?
