Traditional marriage is the oldest form of marriage anywhere, but the govt and their nosiness, hence the court marriage. Cos English law trumps Traditional laws. Even the bible was talking about traditional marriage, which is when both families agree on the union and bride price or dowry is paid and followed by a feast ceremony that's a valid marriage in God's eye.
The government need to know if you are interested in some choices like for example that your partner is allowed to assist you in hospital or can open your mail. Ask for registration of relationship de facto 🤷🏻♂️
There's no traditional marriage, every country has different laws and if Men find unbalanced in a nation they simply won't marry. In Italy for example we have 4 types of unions, introduced after the divorce laws in order to mitigate the consequences of divorce keeping free choices I think prenup is a patch, it doesn't resolve the problem or does partially but only for rich ppl
If you need a government to watch over your marriage... you need the police, prisons etc and should be taxed for all the above. As long you can pay the tax you thrive, UNDER QUALIFIED MARRIAGES, even simps have a voice 🤦♂️
