So. This is gonna be a vocation in Dragon's Dogma 2 right? Because things like this is why I get so excited for fantasy games. I adore that this is a mix of a classic ff alchemist (in spirit) and a fist based monk class. And if you really wanted to break it down, you could augment a bunch of these moves on to a Monk class, and have the elements be Holy and Abyssal. Being and Abyssal Monk in a game is like...thats the dream for me. This though? Just wow. Absolutely amazing ideas for the alchemist type character
Well we're not yet sure if this vocation is gonna be in DD2 or not or maybe they just gonna re-release DDON again for better experience and graphics and other things. Tbh I wish they just re-release it We just have to wait a little more longer 🙂

Considering its an alchemist, I think its rather metal then rock. so its a bit stronger considering they are using iron, lead, steel, gold and so on. You basically impale a opponent with a slab of living metal that goes blender mode on their organs.
All these classes looks so damn cool! Pls give it an international realese! (I know it will never happen but let a person dream.) Or better yet, Dragons Dogma 2 with all these classes! Now with the success that was Monster Hunter Worlds (awesome game) Capcom should make DD2. Dragons dogma was such an underrated gem, one of my favorite games of all time.
This class seem op to me it's strong magic which don't need to wait to cast n can fly around well it's cool but it seem this class make the other class seem somewhat miserable. Just a kid opinion tho

the ddon its not like dd:da its more longer story mission every once and a while they made new update for more story missions and increase the level , new armor and weapons

Raizen Inazuma an anime reference to full metal alchemist about philosophers stones. Basically a stone made of thousands of human souls sacrificed and in return you can create anything out of thin air without obeying the laws of equivalent exchange. Example would be if you used a transmutation circle to make a sword from the ground, the amount of ground you used in the sword would be taken, thus equivalent exchange. But using the stone you wouldn't need it

Technically this is based off of the idea of medieval alchemy, the idea of turning something ordinary into something extraordinary, such as turning rocks into gold. Capcom just took it to the logical conclusion and the Dragon's Dogma alchemists have pretty much weaponized their alchemy.

Abyssal monk sounds like a komuso, it may be worth looking into those if you find that sort of thing interesting
