I did the Disneyland Skyway all the time when I was a kid. It was the best. Went from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland, right through the top of the Matterhorn. It's one of the iconic rides of Disneyland I miss so much. I promise, you would both have loved it.
I remember riding the skyway in Disneyland in the late 70s and early 80s. My Dad would take me on. My favorite part was going thru the Matterhorn. We always went from Tomorrowland and got off at Fantasyland. It's one of my favorite memories. I was bummed when they removed it. Thank you for sharing your videos. You guys are my favorite. ❤
I love state fairs!! We have one in Washington coming up soon at the end of the month! We’re known for our fair scones, and it’s a go to! I love fair food, the animals, and the rides and games.

Fairs are great. I always like the food and looking at vendors. The games and rides have gotten too expensive but I always liked the UFO ride, Magic carpet and spinning ones the most. I couldn't do the crazy sling shot or go high up and get flipped around. Kudos to those who can!

I went on the old Disneyland Skyway many times going back to the 1960s when I was a kid. I loved it and the best was going through the Matterhorn and at riding it at night!
You guys have so much fun. I wish I lived in California, Massachusetts doesnt have that size fair. We have Boardwalks on the beach, which is nice but no where near the stuff that place had!! What was that deep fried dessert. My Spanish is limited to medical questions Lol!! Love this! Keep them coming!!
I recommend going during a Wednesday or Thursday and buying the unlimited ride wristband for $59 it can be used until 8 p.m. love your videos ❤ keep up the amazing work. My favorite dish this year was the elote
Miguel and Janelle, I always went to the Pomona & OC Fairs, for the Food, Exhibits, The Fun one of kind Vendors/ Merchandise. You would never catch me, on a Ride! I'm a strictly Disneyland/ Knott's Berry Farm Park, Rider!
Yes. I rode the skiliner and the people mover when I was little. Honestly, the ski lift at the fair is more scary. I've also been on the one at Sea World as well. Those were covered and semi enclosed. We felt the same way at the AZ state fair a few years ago. Neal's reaction was priceless. The video was about two years ago up on our channel. The one at Sea World scared me because we were over the ocean, and if we got trapped, how would they rescue us.
The Skyway at Disneyland, way back when they existed... they were fine. You were in a bucket, and they swayed a little, and I only ever really got nervous when some yahoo tried to get it to swing too much when they were heading into the Matterhorn. However, looking down into the Matterhorn was the best part of the trip, and it was neat, and while I don't miss the Skyway, it did offer one of the more unique views in the park.
I’ve done the sling shot before at our state fair. It’s not that bad but what gets you is the coming down after the launch cuz you are first looking up then spin and your upside down. It is worth a one and done try
This was different but I enjoyed it. Our fair was here in May. We walked away with plush animals as well. Its always fun to do something different. However, I wouldn't have gotten on that sky line. Nope 😅😅😊
I rode the skylift at Disneylad in the 80s and absolutely loved it. I am scared of heights but felt safe in them. Now for Disney World, the new skyline is, of course, enclosed, and you dont feel much movement and also I felt safe. Just dont ride them during the summer. Too hot!
Awe man! I was so hoping you would try the Dr. Pepper Pickle Drink! Also, if you go to the OC Fair early, the food booths have a $5 menu until 4pm so you can try more food for a small price! Nice to see you guys do other things besides theme parks! 😀

We were ther opening day! I love that Music Album cover museum. They have a great coffee place, Moongoat coffee inside. I don’t trust fair or carnival rides, so I won’t get on them. That sky ride is cool, but what if it breaks down, while you are in the middle of it? I loved the Disneyland Skyway buckets…rode them many times! Everyone watching could taste that first big hotdog bite…that Big first hotdog bite! Janelle, I am with Mig…no sauerkraut. I believe Gloria likes it though. Congrats on your Hello Kitty win!
