Camping in Oak Creek Canyon as a kid - lots of great memories. Arizona has to be the most beautiful state in the country. Thank you for the great videos.
I would agree! arizona has everything, mountains, green forest, desert, lakes, rivers, and a variety of red rock formations. Glad you are enjoying the videos!
My “understanding from those who live there is that it’s pronounced ”presscuit”like biscuit and brisket … it’s an amazing little town. Their downtown is really lively. They have an annual corvette show - I think in September. You’ll love checking out the boulders in the outskirts of Prescott (on the way to Jerome, which is an old mining town with TONS of history and character)… You’ll likely LOVE the train journey out from Clarkdale to Perkinsville in Verde Canyon … it’s stunning and with your drone-eyes-view, you’ll bring all of us along with you on an unbelievable journey!
I have some videos planned out that way too! was thinking about doing the drive from Prescott to Jerome....I hear that one has some winding rods and steep drop offs! I'm eager to drive it....Thank you for checking out the video!
@shericlark4723 It's the Granite Dells and it's out towards Chino Valley. Lived in Prescott for 6 years and loved the area. Christmas time is awesome with the courthouse square lit up. Summer they always got something going on every weekend downtown. Unfortunately never got to catch the rodeo.
Jessie your cinematography is excellent, having a drone makes all the difference, I've been there several times but never got pictures like I just seen, thank's I took a lot of screenshots.....Javi G.
Nice job on the video. The Oak Creek Canyon drive is one of my favorites, I did this drive several months ago. I started in Flagstaff and then down to Sedona. I had 2 cars to pass all the way down, because it was so early, and there was no current road work at that time. It was fantastic. I managed this because I left the house in Scottsdale at 4am on a Sunday morning, very early. I blitzed al the way down the canyon, and at the bottom, just before the tourist shop area, there were 4 Arizona DPS cars with 1 car pulled over, operating an aggressive speed trap operation. Beware.
@jessiesdroneadventures7464 That's a good one too. I miss living in Prescott. If I were to move back to AZ it would be there or the White Mountains. Another good drive is down from Alpine to Clifton/Morenci on 191 (I think). Only road that's ever got me car sick.
Living here in the area I love this drive especially early mornings with little traffic. The problem is all the obnoxious tailgaters, even in the early mornings.
Yes! tailgaters and people driving obnoxiously slow because its their first time through there and there either scared or want to take in the views.....Thank you for checking out the video!
Great video. I’ve been down 89A several times over the years, it’s an amazing drive. I find it more fun coming down from Flagstaff. I love the drone footage, I’m amazed at how high up you get. Every drone I’ve tried has crashed, most likely due to user error. 😆 Have you ever lost a drone? Thanks for sharing.
lost a drone....No, crashed a drone....yes! but I've always been able to retrieve them. Sometimes I've had to go on long hikes just to get them back. Thank you for checking out the video!
Best scenic drive in AZ? No doubt it's a good one. My vote goes to the Apache Trail drive in the Superstitions. Unparalleled scenery plus a white knuckle drive. Also the drive up to Mt. Lemmon is spectacular.
yes! apache trail is great one! I've done a couple videos out there as well. Fish Creek Hill was my favorite part of it.......Hoping to do Mt.Lemmon in the future
thank you for checking out the video....and I don't believe so, it was just some music that I downloaded from epidemic sound....its where I get all my music from on this channel
Great video! I just made a video about Sedona and working on one for the Oak Creek....would you mind if I take a screenshot of that first above scene of the switchbacks as long as i give you credit? I will even link your channel so people can find you!
Thank you! and I don't mind that you use a screenshot of it, if you give credit, My only ask is that you put my youtube channel name on the screenshot...Like a watermark.....Glad you like the video!
@@jessiesdroneadventures7464 unfortunately I just got done making the video a week ago... I actually found another screenshot that was not yours and I used that maybe next time! 💜
I notice that everyone's doing LEFT-HAND drive--are we in England, Japan, Australia? I didn't know that they had such terrain, plant life, and semi-arid conditions in those places(Laughs!!).
With your drone you just have to stay clear of Sedona airport that sits on top of a mesa south of town. 10:44 It's the gray strip at 2oclock in that shot.
You got some footage of the landslide, That light is great if your the one up front...it is not scary compared to offroad trails, there is railing unlike the million dollar highway.
Seriously, I wish people who fear this type of road would just stay off! Or, at the very least, have the common decency to pull off to the side when they see someone on their tail. Other fantastic such drives in AZ would include Salt River Canyon, US 60, and Hwy 191 from Alpine to Morenci. But again, all it takes is an inconsiderate driver to ruin the experience. I'm a manual transmission guy and I love shifting thru the gears on these roads.

Hi Jessie, I have never been on that portion of the highway. I will definitely have to check it out after seeing this. Thanks for sharing!
No problem at all...you are going to love the drive! Thank you for checking out the video! 🙏
When I moved here it took me about three months to get that the news weather people meant Prescott when they were saying Preskitt. Great video.
Thank you! I still say it both ways, I'll probably never get it right haha, Thanks for checking out the video!
Great video! Excellent combination of beautiful scenery, history, and amazing use of the drone!
Thank you so much!.....Appreciate it!
Been on the Prescott to Clarkdale portion several times as family used to live there and absolutely love visiting Jerome
I just made a video on that! Like I literally just uploaded it haha, only it was from prescott valley to jerome! it was a phenomenal drive!

Another Great video! I wish I had known about this road the last time was in Arizona.
Thank you! and hey there is always next time....the road isnt going nowhere lol
89 from Prescott to Yarnell is pretty wicked too.
And it's "Preskit". Lived there for 5 years and got the lecture more than once.
I shall keep that one in mind. I just uploaded a video a few hours ago of the drive from prescott to jerome!

I have been seeing this on SM alot lately. This is the funniest most informative vid I have seen though.
haha thank you! I always try to include a few laughs when i can
I loved that drive! Question? Was the music you used Hermanos Gutiérrez? Love those guys!
thank you for checking out the video....and I don't believe so, it was just some music that I downloaded from epidemic sound....its where I get all my music from on this channel

yes! I kept a close eye on it, and I wasnt in the air too long
The engine that you found at 7:55 looks like it's from a Model T.
More like a Model A, B, or slightly later.
Thank you 🙏
Should see it when it snows...
I plan too!
We do call it “Preskitt.”
👍
Hi Jessie, how close is this highway to the one you just did to Jerome?
Pretty close...it is the same highway, but it's only 45 minutes from Jerome 👍
@jessiesdroneadventures7464 oh I see.
You got some footage of the landslide, That light is great if your the one up front...it is not scary compared to offroad trails, there is railing unlike the million dollar highway.
thank you! I did a video on the million dollar highway too! fun drive...a little scary though
It's not the cheese, it's the BEANS!!😮😮😮
lol, them too
Obviously a Ford automoble or tractor engine from the 1930s-40s.
Locals pronounce it “PREScut”, everyone else pronounces it “presCOTT”
Yes, I guess that I ought to visit Sedona at some point, though I could be miffed by the chi-chi snooty cultural scene.
If you are a “local”…it is pronounced Preskit…..Saying Prescott makes you a tourist…..my family lives there..
You say that like it's a bad thing.
Seriously, I wish people who fear this type of road would just stay off! Or, at the very least, have the common decency to pull off to the side when they see someone on their tail.

100% agree, and its worse with construction
Just onother idiot leaving his head lights on someone is going come up from behind him.
Effing losers and their graffiti on that old bridge. SMDH.
Nice job as usual!
right! those jerks! thanks for checking out the video!
Gotta say it… The nacho cheese at Taco Bell is DISGUSTING. 🤮
Engine and frame is a model T Ford.
Thank you!
