Great job catching those nice crabs. I got 7 on Wed when the conditions were perfect, you are right about snaring 2 or 3 hrs before low tide. Good video explaining the process to your viewers.

Thanks for watching! Tips. I’ll make a how to crab snaring video soon. I would say energy waves and crab snare loops (loops thst reopen on their own) are the most important. Bait:squid and anchovy. Bigger rods easier time (10 to 12’ heavy) also bigger reels 8000 penn size reels easier time.

Thanks for watching! For crab snaring, i just prefer around the slack part of low tide. I go 3 hours before when it is still outgoing. Then crab 2 hours after the lowest point of the tide when it start rising and becomes incoming. During the slack part of the tide, i feel the crabs move around more, and feed more, and that is when i start catching doubles. Hope that helps
