I am not sure what new construction there is. I just started fishing here again last year. Prior to that was a decade ago as well. It’s still the same great fishery, but don’t know what is new at the facility.

@@lordzenchi it is a plano deep 3700 box i got it from ebay. There are two versions. I got the one without the all the way dividers. I am thinking about switching to a bulkier worm box like Flambeau Outdoors 4510 Super Half Satchel Soft Bait Organizer 15x8x6.25-Inch

Also picked up a used nucanoe flint as well The hydrive i dont plan on doing anything with it. Just a backup drive i keep on the kayak. Would be interesting to see if turbo fins can be put on it

I meant replacing a turbo fin on the hydrive. It’s less expensive than buying a 180 drive. Wondering if it will fit

I did no modifications on the mirage drive or getaway. It just drops in. Other videos on youtube also show the pelican catch as well being able to get the mirage drive for that 180 reverse. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

Drop shot is Definitely fun for a slow presentation. I usually do spoons then mini jigs then drop. Fastest to slowest. I usually will stick to drop shot if nobody is catching anything.

I got it from amazon awhile back. I searched Hobie Mirage Drive Cassette Plug. There are lots of hobie watersnake videos and i followed those. Good idea for rod holders. I might try that on the opposite side of the gopro. Thanks for watching!

Patents technology. Not sure when hobie loses the reverse capability, but the pelican getaway is excellent. Love these paddleboard/kayak/ pedal drives. Lightweight easy to transport. Thanks for watching
