Very Intelligent business move and thanks for having enough confidence in yourself and brand to able to share this information instead of just keepin it to yourself (which wouldnt be wrong) but thanks for that knowledge
this seems the way to go. you are not wasting vinyl either. which saves money. the time you save, printing, weeding.....just press and ship. another awesome video man, appreciate it.
Okbro thank you sir. Got a heat press but not sure if this plastisol paper Can be printed from inkjet or if I have to ha e it printed at local place. I'll try to Google it. You probably mentioned it and I missed it. Thanks for the video man
Yo I got the sample pack and Help me so much on what company to go with I had a hard time with transfers plastisol but it was just the wrong company I went with thanks again for all the information you share in these video
@@BigBrandoh thank you I will try it out, I have been using dark inkjet transfers but hard to get it on straight. I tried the transfers on shirts and it works great, but for my hoodies and crewnecks I find that I need to press it longer or hotter. Could it be because of the polyester blend?
out source. not sure if you seen how many boxes 30,000 t shirts are in. but storing 30,000 shirts while printing them takes up alot of space in a home hahahaaa.
no. but it doesnt sound like your burning it. might be discoloration from the hoodie reacting to the heat. try letting it cool or try rubbing a t shirt over it after its cool or even i seen some people talk about lightly spraying water over it after its cooled to remove the discoloration.
you dont ask them. you set the artwork up yourself and send it to them print ready. all they do is open your art file burn the screen and print. i got videos showing the art set up process. check'em out
yes and no. if your lookin for that textured feel traditional screen print has caused by the off contact, this does not feel like that. its smoother to the touch. but its also way lighter than vinyl and feels like ink on a shirt.
Thanks for the knowledge, man. I'm still researching and making my designs. I'm going to pull the trigger and get me a heat press this week. My budget, at this time doesnt allow me to purchase a cameo or cricut, as well. I think, these transfers will help out in the mean time. Especially, if I can gang up designs on one sheet. Continued success, in the new year.
From a cheaper way and starting your business yes that’s the way to go and how I started my clothing brand but in My opinion I think Screen Painting is Way better than Vinyl and looks more better! And also what if your design has more than 1 color ?
this isnt vinyl. this is a screen printed transfer. same exact ink and printing process as traditional screen printing. and if your design has more than one color. cool. they can print as many colors as you want. cuz its screen print not vinyl haha. but i aint tryin to convince you to use this method. if you get your stuff screen printed now, cool. do what works best for you. this is what works best for me
whats up brandoh, what about for pictures?lets just say a picture of a family ,do you order from the same company?.What do you offer people that want pictures that have detail?(ex.a picture of a family) thank you.
Hi are the texture of heat transfers better than fm express. Also, you have Supacolor listed and Heat Transfer so is it best to use suparcolor for images and heat transfer for wordings Help a sista out please I have a fire 🔥 image I want to have printed in quanity
At what temperature and time do u set your heat press when pressing your Transfer Express transfers? Also, what do u do after they’ve been pressed? Do u cure them somehow or just let them hang & dry for 24 hours? Thanks man
i have alot of videos on my channel showing how i press these transfers, how i use them, how i fold them, how i package them and ship them. start to finish action.
Big Brando. I just joined the “Designer” level on Patreon. Awesome stuff! I’m using Transfer Express Hot Split transfers and I noticed some of the design came off when I accidentally hit it with a lint roller. Is this common? Any hints?
What up Big Brandoh! Im about to order some transfers (neck tags) and in the details it's says "suggested for 100% cotton (excluding ring spun)." I have emailed the printer about this. Curious if you are aware of other exclusions like this for any transfers. Might be a good question for a video. Thank you for always sharing the knowledge.
Big Brandoh I want so much to start my on clothing line but I don't have a clue, also what if you have two t-shirt to print would you order alot of plastisol transfers are do you order there for your clothing brand. What if you have an order for just two regular t-shirt and not your brand. Thank You for taking your time
I have the print and cut for on demand custom one offs. Doing a large quantity of one design is not as cost effective as these transfers. I wish I had seen this video a week ago when I got my current order. 36 hoodies all the same deign front, back and both sleeves...... im not close to 4 dollars for material and time.
Thanks Brandizzle.
You and Reyes are sensei

@@BigBrandoh thank you I will try it out, I have been using dark inkjet transfers but hard to get it on straight. I tried the transfers on shirts and it works great, but for my hoodies and crewnecks I find that I need to press it longer or hotter. Could it be because of the polyester blend?
How do you get 30,000 shirt order done from home when your only one person and only have one machine
out source. not sure if you seen how many boxes 30,000 t shirts are in. but storing 30,000 shirts while printing them takes up alot of space in a home hahahaaa.
I want to buy transfers but I don't think my brand is strong enough yet. Also the ordering process is hard as hell on Transfers express lol.
I just got my first heat press from HPN and i just placed my first order for some transfers
Hello. What temp, time & pressure do you use for your Gildan heavy weight hoodies?
i use the same temp and time as the instructions. i dont change anything. and i press heavy for shirts and hoodies.
@@BigBrandoh Do ever experience gloss or shine on the hoodie afterwards? Idk if it's burning it...
no. but it doesnt sound like your burning it. might be discoloration from the hoodie reacting to the heat. try letting it cool or try rubbing a t shirt over it after its cool or even i seen some people talk about lightly spraying water over it after its cooled to remove the discoloration.
@@BigBrandoh Okay I'll try that! Thanks again :)
Content always on point.. always helpful!!!
How do i go about asking them to put the back and chest prints on the same transfer paper?
you dont ask them. you set the artwork up yourself and send it to them print ready. all they do is open your art file burn the screen and print. i got videos showing the art set up process. check'em out
Do you know what that video is call off hand?

Does plastisol transfer feel like screen print on the shirt?
yes and no. if your lookin for that textured feel traditional screen print has caused by the off contact, this does not feel like that. its smoother to the touch. but its also way lighter than vinyl and feels like ink on a shirt.
@@BigBrandoh Appreciate the info and the reply brotha. Bless

increase your pressure.
@@BigBrandoh thank you!
make sure you pre press all that moisture out too. that can cause lifting and peeling also.

it make sense all way around especially if you have a brand and multiple designs
The future is water based inks
Brandoh you not fuqqin wit FM-expressions no more?
Okay so I am doing a zodiac series meaning I have TWELVE different designs. In this case, would printable vinyl be better or custom plastisol?

how do the transfers hold up over time how many washes before you start to see the design come off or crack?
i got that video posted on my channel. check it out when you get a chance
Damn didn't even add the mark-up print shops charge on blank garments
Facts
Have u tried the Puff ink yet ?
Is hot split good for neck labels ?
Do you use the hot split on 50/50 and tri blends or just 100% cotton?
i dont use 50/50 or tri blends. i only use 100% cotton for my brands.
@@BigBrandoh thanks for the response. Great content! Is that just a personal preference or 100% cotton works best for the transfers?
Hey Brandoh what brand hoodie are you wearing in this video?
Thanks for all the info! Do you use the same size logo on all shirt sizes or do you get different sizes of logos for each size?
Making a big move to plastisol this year. Hit up one of your homies for the work. Appreciate the community here💯👊🏾
