Please wash before grinding. Do not wash after grinding
ok this video was done over 2 years ago, and am still watching wanna ask what if putting my oil can come after the vegetables?
No problem, if you want your soup to smell oil.

Madam Gina. Good evening. Your afang soup looks yummy. Please how can I get the food processor you just used in making your pounded yam? It looks very strong, I don't have your number I would called you in respect of the blender. I want to buy it.
I got from @Frankincensekitchengadgets on Instagram
Hello, can you use a normal blender for the afang leaves?
It should blend.
A very good one with at least 1000watts.
Yummy 😋
Thanks
You said seasons powder sorry o is it Maggie (whc one do you use)
Any brand you like.
They did not pay her for advert.
So she used a general word "seasoning"
Please this method isn't the appropriate pattern the cross riverine prepare they meal, the water leaf first and the afang last with shell periwinkle
I thought they said water isn’t needed in good afang soup
And again periwinkle with shell is best for afang soup, but this goes as well
I honestly don't like it in the shell, i eat it but not my preferred choice
I deeply dislike it in the shell also
I'm from Akwa Ibom and this pattern of cooking Afang is not how we cook it.
This is not akwa lbom method of cooking afang soup,
I , we do not use remove periwinkle and seasoning power
Afang soup looks like ofe Owerri
You did justice to this soup.
Can one substitute the goat meat with chicken?
Definitely. Use meat of choice
Water leaf first abeg
Am from ikot Ekpene Akwa ibom state ..... Ur steps are improper
What's pereringo
A smaller snail like creature
Why do you use alot of oil in every soup
The food has even over cooked. It's leave is dark so that way, u cant it after later.
Can you give send me the respite for me
Afang taste better when the leaves are pounded...
....and where there is no mortar?... that is why these new kitchen gadgets are a life saver 😁
Afang should be more than waterleaf
I prefer more of the Waterleaf
Nice one, u tried. But d waterleaf should b washed after cutting n put in d pot bfor d afang. In order words, the afang comes last.
@@uwemwilliams3486 I prefer her method,Afang leaves is hard.
No were
Madam dis is not it oooo....abegooo
Not your soup, your stew
Y are you wasting this yam na, please leave our afang preparation for us.
This is not how we cook this soup
This method is wrong madam
The way you cook the soup, you are not an akwa ibom or cross river lady, you try but its not the right way of cooking the soup.
You tried but it's not the way to prepare afang soup
You mean she's not an Efik or Calabar lady? Don't confuse where Afang originated from. Not Akwa Ibom
Can u explain what u felt she did wrong? So tht we/she can understand why that is ur opinion and if u in fact know how to make it better
@@houston10 when cooking Afang soup, the Afang leaf is always the last ingredient, Afang has its own flavor and should be washed before cutting and blending won’t give you the desired textures . If you want to learn a native food, it’s really advisable you learn from the natives themselves
Why are you guys murdering my local delicacy like this. I am upset. A fang b4 water leaf, Are u serious.
