Same issue in my 4-month-old ktm rc 200 2022, in the morning it was showing ABS failure and then I park it for 4 to 5hrs.
And in the evening error gone without cleaning the sensor.
And before this error i had done 150km monsoon ride so i think it was mud water or some metal parts over that sensor.
Now i will open and clean it . Even though error went without cleaning 😅

@kavibala1138 so as shown in the video clean that ABS sensor with a microfiber cloth. And check if the ABS failure notification is still there. If still present then goto ktm service center and inform them. Or your battery voltage might be below 10v therefore it not starting.

I have delved into this and found that the abs motor carbon brushes are gone on my dominar 400 2017 model. Request you to please make a video on the carbon brushes replacement and procurement. Thanks in advance.

Hi! My duke shows CAN ABS FAILURE message sometimes when running at 80kmph. The message remains for 10-15 seconds and then gets removed. What could be possibly causing this issue?

Hello, I have the same problem, but I didn't understand much from the video. Is it enough to remove the sensor and wipe it with a cloth? Can you provide information in English?
metal particles in mud stick to the speed sensor which works by sensing the wheel speed with a magnet. since the metal particles interfere the signal. cleaning it will fix the problem and making sure the electrical connections are clean and secure
@@starplatinum69 I cleared it but I still get the same error. ABS works but sometimes the light comes on and it always says error on the screen but not always.
@@muhammetsenakotan9074 maybe it is your wiring creating this issue. i suggest taking it to the dealership for a check then

For louder sound i search on TH-cam and find the cheapest technique ever that hole on my underbally exhaust i do also 5 months not get any problem and no mileage drop only feel bassy sound

Usko main 2 saal tak ache se chalya aur 1saal kele main ashe kuha jaghe main park kardia tha abhi main 3month se uska engine oil change karke battery charge kare chala raha hun abhi mileage bahut kamm deta hai lagbhag 30 ya 35 mileage deta,kya app batta sakte hain ki isska solutions kya hai?

Mere paas HF deluxe bike hai. Usme ek problem hai. Bike me petrol rahta hai uske baad bhi bike chalte samay झटके मारती hai. जैसे बाइक में रिजर्व लगते समय जिस तरह के झटके मारती हे ठीक उसी तरह के झटके महसूस होते है ( Bike ki missing ki problems).
Thand ke samay ye problem or bhi jyada badh jati hai.

Brother I own R15 V3 ABS. Since the last 3 months I am facing issues with my bike's ABS. When I start riding the bike, the abs light goes off after 10 kmph but after a little distance it suddenly comes on. I have been to 2 service centres but none of them has been able to rectify the issue. Also got both the ABS wheel rings replaced. The people at the service centre clear the Error codes but still after riding a bit the ABS light comes on and ABS stops working. When ABS works, it works all fine but then this problem has become quite frequent now. Please suggest me what all can I do cause I have tried almost everything like cleaning the sensors and replacing the ring plates, checking the wiring. I have to turn off the key and then start the bike all over again then again the light comes on after few kilometers.

@@jiwanxettri5368 yes bro I got the solution. The ABS Motor/ Hydraulic Assembly Unit had malfunctioned so had to get it replaced with a new one. Costed around 14k 😢. Now the bike is working fine.
