- 🌐 MASQ Network is a dMeshVPN, browser, web3 Store, protocol, and earning ecosystem that makes living in Web3 anonymous and private.
The MASQ software suite offers users a truly private web3 browsing experience, built on a peer-to-peer mesh network. Users will be able to browse content that may be geo-blocked or censored in their region, enjoy their favorite websites and dApps, while also offering the ability to earn cryptocurrency by supporting the peer network. The more the network grows, the stronger & more powerful the browsing experience will become - with all netizens sharing borderless internet freedom worldwide 🌍
MASQ users are able to enjoy these core features:
Borderless browsing and privacy online without tracking or service logging
Ability to earn passive crypto by sharing their Internet bandwidth with peers across the MASQ Network
Interact with blockchain services using official Metamask and Frame browser extensions
Native resolution of ENS and IPFS content
Uncensored access to crypto platforms, web3 dApps, and the metaverse
In-built web3 App store curated by the team and community 🛒

Users are the network as nodes not the product like most companies nowadays. Tested latest versions and this decentralized VPN works very cool like a futuristic web3 browser! Now for free, soon with earning ecosystem. Very promising!
Thanks squid - yes the users ARE the network and they are NOT monetized for ads, tracking and Personal Info harvesting!
Mainnet is another step closer with our latest version we released!
This is the way to go !
And it's working smoothly ❤
Glad to hear that, as we are committed to building things better!
Great video
Thanks for watching!
Looking forward to it ☺️
This project still exists?! Interesting
Yes afcourse it excist
Yes, 4 years and running - keep eye out for our announcements as we lead up to mainnet launch
So according to you, the future of browsing is a browser that’s virtually impossible to monetize, and thus would require socialized (governmental) funding… and as a result would never for any circumstance be “fully private.”
Weird.
Thanks for your thought-provoking comment - unsure why the assumption is that govt or socialized funding is required!
Our MASQ software and web3 applications can allow several ways to sustain our development support for the browser and the project in the future - one example is enabling a protocol fee for peer payments to is diverted to development funding.
We stand strong NOT having received funding from VC, lobbyists or any influential entities including governments.
@@MASQNetwork Ok. But the problem with that is VC and government subsidies are only used as boosts in funding whereas the majority of what funds browsers, like search engines, is advertising revenue. Something that makes it free for individuals to use the internet, makes it easier for companies to advertise on it, and makes it more useful for us - as me as a man would rather go searching for golf clubs and see ads for other golf clubs that might be more robust or a nicer color in my eyes or etc, than search for ads for golf clubs and see ads for dog collars.
