For me Wanda always was the villain in this one even if not on purpose. Btw. In the Marvel show Agents of SHIELD they nearly had a whole season with and about the Darkhold. In Wandavision they don't emphasize enough how powerful and dangerous that book really is.
@@fzoid3534 yup she definitely is, in the comics as well, she has played the villain role as much as shes been a hero. Shes sympathetic though. I always root for her to make the better decision in the end. A tragic character for sure.
"What is Grief if not Love persevering" is so profound. That line was from the episode that was the same day was my Dad's visitation and a day before his funeral. I vividly remember that line and it being so true.
Guys, Wanda never took Vision's body from SWORD, so the Vision of this series was a complete new one created by Wanda, and the White Vision is the real and original Vision that SWORD always had and brought back to life using Wanda's energy on that drone.
...you said that you were confused when Wanda stopped her car and looked inside the envelope. It was a deed to a plot of land that Vision had surprised her with earlier, they were going to build a house there to live in together. At that point Wanda had a mental "break", which caused her to unconsciously create her own reality.
There was a house there - Vision bought it for them "to grow old in". Sometime during the 5 years of the Blip something happened (fire????) and only the foundation is left. Wanda lost her parents, her brother, her husband and bow even the house he bought is done. What would be inconsolable grief to a normal person becomes the creation of a personal pocket dimension town with a magical family for the Scarlet Witch.
The shows: Ep 1 (50s) - Dick Van Dyke, I Love Lucy Ep 2 (60s) - Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie, Mary Tyler Moore Ep 3 (70s) - Brady Bunch, Partridge Family Ep 5 (80s/early 90s) - Family Ties, Growing Pains, Full House Ep 6 (late 90s/early 2000s) - Malcolm in the Middle Ep 7 (mid 2000s/2010s) - Modern Family, the Office
The show (through Agatha) suggests that while Hydra really did use the mind stone in an effort to give her powers, that she was born "The Scarlet Witch" (which may explain why only she and her twin survived Hydra's experiments). In the comics, Wanda and Pietro are mutants. Up until the Fox deal, Disney Marvel was not permitted to even mention, much less use mutants in the MCU. BUT, because both Wanda and Pietro had been both X-Men AND Avengers in the comics, those characters were exempt from the restriction. That's how there managed to be two different Quicksilvers in the movies.
Here's the rest of phase 4 in order guys: 1. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier 2. Loki 3. Black Widow 4. What If...? 5. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings 6. Eternals 7. Hawkeye 8. Spider-Man: No Way Home 9. Moon Knight 10. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 11. Ms. Marvel 12. Thor: Love and Thunder 13. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law 14. Werewolf by Night 15. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 16. The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (technically y'all already seen this but in the phase 4 slate, this is the last one)
Ah this made me realize we’re in phase 5 now, because of the three phase 5 movies that are out already. Weird there was no big Avengers movie or anything. And there’s only one movie coming out this year (Deadpool/Wolverine).
It's gonna take *MONTHS* maybe the rest of the year for them to get through this list because they have to balance it will releasing reactions to other films/TV series ugh.. 😩wish they could straight binge through the MCU content 😆
Wandavision is still a very special MCU project because it was the first TV show and it came at a time when everyone was stuck at home and we all had something to look forward to every week and chat about, and the speculation was so much fun!
I love the fact that Wanda fights Agatha in sweat pants and a ponytail. It was so refreshing to see that level of realism, in such an unreal world. Of course Wanda wouldn't change out of her depression clothing just to fight. Excellent choice by the writers to show an everyday mom as one of the most powerful beings in the universe. Also, Mr. October coming in strong with the feels made it a 10/10 reaction. You guys are great, as always.
I love how vulnerable y'all were at the ending. This show makes it damn near impossible to avoid the tears. And Mr October, don't be afraid to let those tears flow brother!!! It takes strength to show the vulnerability you showed here and I commend you for it!! 🙌🤙
The toaster was supposed to connect you with that event. Most of the commercials connected to pivotal moments of her life. Can't wait for the next thing!
They may have used Even Peters as Pietro just to mess with the fans. The "payoff" was in a deleted scene. Ralph was the person in the witness protection program.
There may be more to him though. If Agatha wasn't from there than she wasn't Ralph's wife. Yet he had a huge house she used for her base. And the fact that he's already a person of interest for people who deal with powered or mysterious individuals. Like Woo. He's not from there either. The five newest adult members of the town are Ralph, Wanda, Vision, Agatha and Monica. All have super powers thanks to two witches. There may be more to come. We don't know yet-this was all speculation. And to avoid spoilers we hopefully won't tell them if we find out.
26:35 Us:🤦♂️ They showed her with a house construction plan with a heart written "To grow old in....V" aka form Vision. So it was Vision's plan to live in West View together an war happened. So. 29:32 They rebuild Vision not made he... like he was clearly mentioning that they have tried rebuilding it multiple times but the power source has the problem. On the other hand like they showed Wanda created her own Vision that can only live inside the HEX. And Vision didn't pass anything on to White Vision. He only unlocked White Vision's memory which was being kept from him. Also, always stick to released order. If a show came out before a movie. The show is first cuz all of this is phase 4.
My first inclination seeing Monica with powers was that she’s connected to energy. Kinetic electrical magnetic etc. when she first entered it looked like she was able to see energy fields created by the electricity in the power lines
In the comics Magento's kids are the hero/villains Polaris, Quicksilver, and The Scarlet Witch. The Scarlet Witch has the ability to create things with her magic so her version of Vision is a creation of her powers. Vision can't leave the hex because he only exists in the hex. However, physically, VIsion is also a body that can be rebooted and revived. White Vision is basically the original vision without any of his programmig or memories, until he gets them back.
Yes, white Vision is the actualy physical body of Vision, reactivated with residual energy from the drone. Westview Vision was a conjuration of chaos magic, created spontaneously by Wanda from her memories of him. That's why he had no memories of anything before Westview, because he didn't exist before then. White Vision had no memories at all because his memory had been erased by S.W.O.R.D, but Westview Vision essentially did an unerase, allowing White Vision to recover those deleted memories. But without the mind stone, Vision has the memories back but no emotional connection to them, He remember everything that happened to him up to being killed by Thanos. He remembers being with Wanda and the Avengers, but doesn't have the feelings that went with those experiences. The entire process of transforming Westview and creating Vision wasn't conscious on Wanda's part. Her powers just brought Wanda's deepest subconscious desires to life, in one emotional outburst of grief.
Great reaction! When my brother let me read his Marvel comic collection in the 1970s The Avengers quickly became my favorite title and Vision became my favorite hero. I have loved the way he has been portrayed in the MCU; smart, philosophical and truly good. Here, even as his end approached with the hex contracting, he tried to prepare Wanda to meet White Vision in the future. He said, "I have been a voice with no body. A body, but not human. And now a memory made real. Who knows what I might be next?" And then he followed it up with, "We have said goodbye before, so it stands to reason-" prompting her to finish with, "We'll say hello again." For a being who was virtually 'born yesterday' he seems to understand and embody the best of human nature.
In the MCU, Wanda was never called a witch before this. Remember when Hayward was asking if she had an alias. Nobody said that her Alias was the Scarlet witch, they said she did not have one.
If you were familiar with the comics you suspected that Agnes was Agatha Harkness - a character introduced in Fantastic Four when they needed a baby sitter for Franklin - a more a gray character than an outright villain. She later taught Wanda witchcraft - which changed the mutant "hex" ability (causes bad luck to whomever she points 🤘at - similar to Domino's luck power in Deadpool II) to actual witchcraft. And presented here more Marissa Tomei Aunt May than the appearance of either of the characters in the comics. In line with the comedy show premise of previous episodes the Agatha All Along song is similar to the Munster's theme song - (which was used in Fallout Boy's song Uma Thurman).
You said you needed a villain for phase 4, but the major villain for phase four is Grief. We get to see the human nature of these charactes dealing wih trauma. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is next. Imo, Disney plus launching Phase 4 write at the time everybody went on quarantine lockdown was just what we needed. While our real life world was going through a stressful Pandemic and quarantine and the trauma of it all...the Marvel heroes were coping with the after effects of The Snape and then fighting Thanos and his army.
Glad you guys enjoyed this show. It is by far my favorite MCU property after the close of phase 3. But there are lots of other good shows as well. In *my* opinion, most of the shows are outstanding. In contrast, the movies after phase 3 are very hit-and-miss. Some are good; some are bad; some are mediocre. But as far as what to watch next, I think the best bet is to watch in release order. That's the best way to avoid spoilers and have things set up in the order Marvel intended. And I wouldn't worry about trying to watch season 2 of a show right after season 1. That actually will spoil you since Marvel likes to tease the next thing in each of its releases. Here's the order for phase 4: WandaVision The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Loki season 1 Black Widow What If...? season 1 Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Eternals Hawkeye Spider-Man: No Way Home Moon Knight Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Ms Marvel Thor: Love and Thunder I Am Groot season 1 She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Werewolf By Night Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
I would say always go with release order because that's the way we all watched it. Marvel Phase 4: WandaVision (2021) [Disney Plus] Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) [Disney Plus] Loki (2021) [Disney Plus] Black Widow (2021) What If...? (2021) [Disney Plus] Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021) Eternals (2021) Hawkeye (2021) [Disney Plus] Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) Moon Knight (2022) [Disney Plus] Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) Ms. Marvel (2022) [Disney Plus] Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) She-Hulk (2022) [Disney Plus] Werewolf By Night (2022) [Disney Plus] Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022) Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special (2022) [Disney Plus]
WandaVision 1x7: Agatha Harkness's theme song resembles the melodies of The Munsters and The Addams Family theme songs. This episode drew inspiration from the television shows Modern Family and "The Office." Monica's superhero landing was genuinely extraordinary. WandaVision 1x8: I loved seeing this episode's Purple Marvel Studios opening logo. Agatha Harkness is depicted in a costume that resembles the one in the comics. We also see White Vision in the mid-credits. In the MCU, the Scarlet Witch is portrayed differently from the comics, as it is not an inherited title but rather a rare occurrence. Agatha Harkness is a creepy therapist. WandaVision 1x9: The latest episode was intense and emotional. Scarlet Witch's costume was absolutely stunning. The showdown between Agatha Harkness and Wanda was incredible, as was the clash between Hex Vision and White Vision. This episode's subtle reference to The Wizard of Oz was also delightful.
What to watch: If you are going strictly by release dates (as you have been) WandaVison released January 2021 Falcon and the Winter Soldier released March 2021 Loki released June 2021 Black Widow released July 2021 What If...? released August 2021 Shang Chi and the legend of the Ten Rings released September 2021 Eternals released November 2021 Hawkeye released later in November 2021 Spider-Man: No Way Home released December 2021 Damn! 2021 was a great year for Marvel!

1. in the comics, Agatha Harkness is a mentor to Wanda.. 2. no, the mind stone only came to Wanda..not all the volunteers.. 3. one of the best lines in the mcu, "but what is grief, if not love persevering?".. 4. the cops from eastview have their memories of westview erased bcuz of the alteration of reality done by wanda to the town..so the town really exist..just anyone who have a direct memory of the town, forgot about it.. 5. the paper that wanda is holding is a property title bought by vision..for them to live there.. 6. agatha noticed a powerful spell in a town..because her nature is to know every spell and steal it, she went there to investigate.. 7. for the Scarlet Witch name..wanda from the comics was actually a mutant..and her monicer is the Scarlet Witch..now, why just now that she was called that? rights..the term mutant and the name Scarlet Witch was owned by 20th century fox..Fox is the one who created the xmen franchise..so all the mutants and their name is under the umbrella of Fox..so Disney cant use their mutant names at the mcu, just their human names..and they were called Enhanced, not mutants..until Disney bought Fox last 2017..therefore, now, disney and mcu can now use their mutant names freely.. 8. westview vision didnt gave his knowledge to the white vision..remember, westview vision didnt have any memory prior to westview..bcuz he was created with wanda's grief..he just activated the memories stored inside the white vision.. 9. episode 8 and 9 were 2 of the best mcu episodes to date..the emotions.. 10. wanda in the end credit scene is astral projecting while her physical body is conscious..dr strange and the ancient one both did it asleep or unconscious..just giving how powerful wanda is.. 11. the skrull is referring to Nick Fury at the space.. 12. for Pietro in wandavision..its just to heighten the excitement..thats why disney cast the same actor..for fans to speculate on the merging of mcu and mutants..but in the end, its just "bohner" joke.. 13. wandavision is still my fave mcu show to date..so beautiful.. 14. nope, here are the line up..next is The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki S1, Black Widow, Shang Chi, What If, Eternals, Hawkeye, Spiderman No Way Home, Moon Knight, Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Ms Marvel, Thor Love and Thunder, She-Hulk, Werewolf by Night, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and GOTG: Holiday Special..for Phase 5, AntMan and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol3, Secret Invasion, The Marvels, Loki S2, What If S2, and then, Echo..
26:26 After the events of Civil War The Vision went to West View and bought this plot of land "to grow old in". Wanda found the Deed after she reformed from Hulk's Snap.
The show (formerly on ABC) Marvel’s: Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. had more information on the Book Of The Damned that Wanda was in and reading. The show was woven throughout the MCU stories across 7 seasons. It was amazing how they tied in the movies stories into the show keeping current with the timeline. That show introduces new heroes, gives history on Hydra and demonstrates the need to improve their technology. I believe it is worth watching if not for the channel then just for the lore and characters off camera. The ultimate goal of Marvel should include a few characters from the show. Love the reactions today Octobers! My first video with my first coffee today.. gotta start my day right..
Just search MCU release order and watch that way. Do NOT listen to folks telling you to skip this or skip that. Watch them all in order whether someone says you don’t have to or not and judge for yourself.
@@htvtc21I really don't understand this hate for Marvel that has sprung up. Self-contradictory hate. And acting like someone is forcing them to watch. This isn't Mojoworld. Its OK to look away and find something you do like. And don't mock the people who do like this. If they hadn't liked this I'd be like -"bummer. maybe they'll like the next one." No outrage.
Marvel has so many great and diverse characters. For me personally my favorite as a kid in the 70's was werewolf by night. I hope I'm around long enough to see y'all react to that special presentation.
We love seeing your reactions guys!! Don’t feel any type of way about the tears except excited you’ve watched a great story. The emotions means there’s connection!!!!!
The season build up and payoffs in the final 2 episodes are so good. The commercials were supposed to be used as a way for Dr. Strange to try and reach out to Wanda. Strange was originally going to cameo as the doctor giving out the prescription in episode 7. The red blinking light on the bomb was clued in by the light on the toaster. Episode 7 had heavy influences from the tv show Modern Family. The environment kept glitching out because Wanda was losing control of everything mentally. Agatha Harkness is a witch from Marvel Comics. A reason why the episodes kept jumping through the decades, is because that is what Wanda was used to and had good memories from when her and her family would watch the old tv shows together. All the decades were represented in the case of shows her father brought in to choose from. "Flourish" is a magician term. When we first met Wu in the series her showed that he learned how to do that magically appearing card trick (close up magic) that Scott Lang (Ant-Man) learned and showed off during his time at home. Her entire "family" was a figment of her imagination. Wanda created one Vision just from her mind to fill her grief. White Vision had for physical form, but none of the knowledge/memories of the original vision. Red Vision had all the memories that Wanda gave him. So he transferred all the knowledge/memories and re-programmed White Vision so he could exist in the real word. You are on another build up on a new MCU phase. Lots of pieces will come together like with Infinity Saga.
Falcon and Winter Soldier is next if you go by release order. I would stay in release order so you experience both the highs and the lows of Phase 4 like everyone else did.
There are some really cool details in the Scarlet Witch's costume. There's a hole in the neckline that matches the shape of the mind stone in Vision's head, so he'll always be with her. The color and texture also seems a direct nod to Magneto's costume in the First Class timeline of X-Men movies, who's her father in the comics.
Another excellent reaction.😁 When Wanda manifested the house you missed that Vision has bought the plot so they could eventually build a house together.
Love, love, the visuals. Love how Vision is fun, funny. When the student surpasses the teacher, since Agatha trained her. Agatha is a anti-hero, one who lacks the ability to be a hero. The pain of the mind is worse than the pain of the body. I know right, no worries I cry everytime I watch the goodbyes. My Top 3 MCUs is...Guardians, Wandavsion, Thor. Thanx so much, Peace
the pietro thing was just a fun thing for the fans because he played quicksilver in the other movies. you can watch the shows in order...black widow movie, falcon and winter soldier, loki, then dr strange 2
I can write this now, the rabbit was supposed to be Mephisto but they ended up cutting that out of the final show. We could see Senior Scratchy in Agatha: Coven of Chaos
This series was based on the comic book "The House of M." Mephisto was pulling the strings so most of us who knew were waiting for a big reveal. We already knew Agatha was there because of the brooch. But we never saw Mephisto! 😢
I knew Mr. October was going to like The Ship of Theseus paradox! I loved that moment. It was such a Vision way of fighting. This ending is heartbreaking so I don't blame you for dealing with some dry air ❤ Keep up the amazing reactions you guys do 🙏
I recommend you to keep with the release order how you have done until now, so the release order is: Phase 4: Wanda Vision(show)✅ Falcon and the Winter Soldier(show) Loki Season 1(show) Black Widow(movie) What If? Season 1(show) Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings(movie) Eternals(movie) Hawkeye(show) Venom Let There be Carnage(not MCU, but must be watched before No Way Home) Spiderman No Way Home(movie) Moon Knight(show) Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness(movie) Miss Marvel(show) Thor Love and Thunder(movie) She-Hulk(show) Black Panther Wakanda Forever(movie) Phase 5 Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania(movie) Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3(movie) Loki Season 2(show) The Marvels(movie) What If Season 2(show) Ecco(show) ... Those are the shows and movies that are already released, there's more incoming and there's also other movies and shows like Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse and Daredevil, which I recomend you to watch after Spider-Man No Way Home
Even though i agree with you on most of this its hard to recommend watching Daredevil after Spider-Man: No Way Home... But I understand its a lot to watch when they already have so much catching up to do. Maybe just check out season one of Daredevil before Hawkeye and Spider-Man NWH. idk... it's tough now if you weren't following along from the start.
Great, heartfelt Reaction, guys. Though Evan Peters's Pietro was just Disney Marvel Cinematic Universe messing with fans that they were hinting Wanda multiversally pulled Evan's Pietro from the Fox Marvel Cinematic Universe, heralding the FoxMCU was finally being incorporated into the DisneyMCU, it was a brilliantly slick psyche out: Evan's Pietro was introduced in an episode of the WandaVision series which ran in the 80's, the EXACT period Evan's Pietro was introduced in X-Men Days of Future Past, whose time travel events took place in the 80's. Noyce.
Y'all still have a ways to go. There are some strong entries coming up and also some duds. Still hope you don't intend on skipping anything. Going by release order: The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Loki, season 1 Black Widow What If...? season 1 Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Eternals Hawkeye Spider-Man: No Way Home Moon Knight Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Ms Marvel Thor: Love and Thunder She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Werewolf By Night Black Panther: Wakanda Forever The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 Secret Invasion Loki season 2 The Marvels What If...? season 2 Echo Deadpool and Wolverine
14:00 Wanda is twice bless (or curse) she's not only a mutant that alter reality but she also born a witch and her powers compliment each other and made her one of the powerful mutan. Agatha is a villain in Marvel comics and she is a witch Wanda and Pietro is supposed to be Eric (Magneto) children
The next project to watch from release order is Falcon and Winter Soldier. Phase 4 had to be shifted dramatically from its original concept cuz of covid. For a lot of phase 4 the order can be changed with the exception of a few
6 years later we finally got to see and hear Wanda become The Scarlet Witch a character introduced in X-Men #4 (1964) alongside Quicksilver. Why did it take so long? Well Marvel had to make an agreement with Fox so that they could use both Wanda and Pietro in the MCU as both characters fall under the X-Men IP. One of the demands of Fox was for Marvel to not mention anything to do with these characters Mutant origin, why the term Mutant was never used in the MCU. So Marvel had to dance around the whole Mutant aspect of their characters. With this show we they finally hint at Wanda having powers before she was experimented on. We finally hear "Scarlet Witch" and we finally get to see her in an amazing modernized take on the classic Scarlet Witch outfit from the comics. Fox also had there own plans for characters like Quicksilver like you saw in Days of Future Past released the year before Age of Ultron. So I could see the reason why Pietro was killed off in Age of Ultron happening because Marvel was unsure how the character would work in the long run as Fox could easily come in and demand they can't use Pietro anymore. Both characters fall into this limbo of being both X-Men and Avengers IPs as Pietro and more so Wanda have been key members of The Avengers. So for the MCU they kind of just skipped over the whole Brotherhood of Mutants, X-Men period of there lives and skipped to Wanda being an Avenger.
The crazy thing about this being the Scarlet Witch origin, is that yeah...since Age of Ultron we were calling her "Scarlet Witch" because comic book fans know who Wanda is. But it wasn't until that moment in this show that you realize, at no point has Marvel called her Scarlet Witch until then, but you kind of brush it off as a creative thing Marvel decided to do. But when they SAY it here it's kind of this epiphany that once again, Marvel had a plan all along.
A lot of the series is kinda part of the mcu and from the comics. in the comics they took vision apart and put him back together white. agatha harkness is a witch in the comics but she was old and was a mentor for wanda and baby sitter for the fantastic four lol
Great reaction as always guys. You're going to LOVE Loki as well. So, to stick in strict release order for Phase 4, the order would be The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (TV Series) Loki (TV Series) Black Widow What If? (TV Series) Shand-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Eternals Hawkeye (TV Series) Spiderman; No Way Home Moon Knight (TV Series) Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness Ms Marvel (TV Series) Thor; Love and Thunder She-Hulk (Tv Series) Werewolf By Night (TV show) Wakanda Forever Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special (TV Show)
As you know, from the X-Men Universe Pietro is Erik Lehnsherr AKA Magnito son. It's not been confirmed in the MCU, But in the Comics, and 90's cartoon Wands is also Eric's daughter.
“Mickey Mouse and the Ghost of Christmas Past.” Aka the Mickey Mouse version of A Christmas Carol. Now I want to watch it. 😂 Also, it’s a travesty that y’all don’t know who Dick Van Dyke is. Someone tell them to watch Mary Poppins next.
Now that you've finished, i can tell you this. The comic version have this title call "The house of M" it's an alternate reality that Wanda made since she lost everything just like the MCU but in a global scale, not just Wastview. So what she did was making a world where Mutant are the equivalent to calebrity while normal human are second class. Even Spider-Man got the benefits of having happy family even though he's mutations is base of radioactive spider rather than natural human evolution. Spidey snaps out of it and had to choose either a happy fake life or search for the Avengers and stop wanda. Long story short both Peter and Wanda just can't catch a break, is just a tragic characters.
You know something? The showrunners actually brough on Dick Van Dick himself to consult on the first two episodes so they can get the acting just right. Another fun fact: the reason why they never called Wanda the Scarlett Witch in the MCU was because of copyright law. See, when Marvel was going bankcrupt, they sold the movie rights to X-Men, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, and few other of their most popular characters at that time. For some of the characters, they didn't just sell the movie rights but also the rights to the characters themselves. (The only clause was that if a movie bombs or if a studio doesn't make a movie for a certain amount of time, the rights would revert back to Marvel.) SOOOO, Quicksilver and the Scarlett Witch both fall under the X-Men banner. Now for some reason they were able to find a loophole where they could have those two characters in the movies, but couldn't call them by the codenames, so that's what they did, but Wandavision came out AFTER Disney bought Fox (and also Marvel). Fox being the studio that purchased the rights to X-Men (whereas Sony bought Spider Man). So now that they bought Fox, they have regained their rights to the X-men francise and the rights to call Wanda by her codename. For some of the other characters (Daredevil, etc.) the rights reverted back to Marvel a long time ago.
I liked my theory, that Agatha or Wanda pulled Pietro from another universe and in the hex, he fell under Wanda's spell as Ralph, but then Agatha used the beads and put him under a second spell to control him.
Next is Falcon and the Winter Soldier , Loki , Black Widow, Shang-Chi, then Eternals. Black Widow takes place between Civil War and Infinity War time wise. So you can watch it when ya want to. Wanda returns in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness. White Vision will return at some point but hasn't yet. Agatha Harkness will return this fall in Agatha: Darkhold Diaries. WandaVision is the start of Mutants slowly being mentioned in the MCU. It's implied that Witches are Mutants. Wanda saved herself and Pietro but didn't realize it. When Hydra exposed Wanda and her brother to the Mind Stone it just supercharged what was already inside them. Which is why they were the only ones to have survived Hydra's experiments. Loki introduces the next BIG BAD in the MCU, but they are going to be coarse correcting following phase 5's less then stellar box office. They have cancelled several projects and reshot some others. The only MCU release this year is Deadpool 3.
The Halloween costumes are the costumes worn by the original comic book characters; including their children, Wiccan and Speed. Also, Wanda in the comics is a very unstable character, emotionally and mentally. She is one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel Universe, possibly the most powerful (House of M). Oh, by the way, I think they couldn't use the character's original name, Scarlett Witch*, due to copyright problems: that's the story of when Marvel sold the rights to some characters to different film companies/studios. That's why we didn't have a Spider-Man in the MCU either until they renegotiate with Sony. About Pietro, just to add that he is the same actor who plays him in the X-Men movies, just a nod to them. (*) We good fans felt a shiver when we heard the magic words: Scarlett Witch. And when the classic tiara formed on her forehead.... WOW! Trivia Spoiler Alert: Originally, I mean in the comics, Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch are children of Magneto.
"What is grief, if not love persevering?" gets me every time. Yes, Wanda has a lot of grief, but it is because she had a lot of love, too. As amazing of a finish as this show had, the start was... more of a confusing slow-burn than I really care for, and that's the main thing that keeps it from being my favorite. Definitely looking forward to you guys hitting Falcon and the Winter Soldier and ESPECIALLY my boy Loki. Oh, and as for the order, it is actually Falcon and the Winter Soldier and then Loki. Unfortunately for you, Loki season 2 isn't until way later. At the end of the day, trust the release order.
-Wanda was never called a witch in the MCU because they couldn't legally. That's why there was two "Quick Silvers". FOX had the rights to the X-MEN and its universe and they could use Scarlet Witch and Quick Silver. Marvel found a loop hole and decided to use their names and not make them "mutants". After FOX's Marvel properties were folded back into Disney/Marvel, they can now use the term again. -Wanda never went back to the past in the episodes. As you saw, old tv shows were her escape and salvation. She took it back to the things that made her happy, watching old shows with her family. That's why each episode mimicked a real life tv show. -Agatha Harkness was not a villain in the comics. She was an original witch and survivor of the Salem Witch trials. She has also been mostly depicted as an old woman, until recently where they have made her younger to be more powerful. She was always an ally of The Fantastic Four and governess of Franklin Richards. She was also the one that taught/trained The Scarlet Witch in magic. She has a familiar black cat named Ebony that has powers as well.
Best line of the show, "what is grief, if not, love persevering."
Might even be one of the best MCU lines tbh
"What is beef, if not cow persevering?"
Vision honestly has THE BEST lines in the entire MCU
"What is Grief if not Love persevering" is so profound. That line was from the episode that was the same day was my Dad's visitation and a day before his funeral. I vividly remember that line and it being so true.
Guys, Wanda never took Vision's body from SWORD, so the Vision of this series was a complete new one created by Wanda, and the White Vision is the real and original Vision that SWORD always had and brought back to life using Wanda's energy on that drone.
@@MrOctoberWufthey didn't. They just thought it was a flashback for some reason, but they realized it wasn't.
The energy for Vision actually came from Wanda when she was in Sword and she said I can't feel you,
...you said that you were confused when Wanda stopped her car and looked inside the envelope.
The shows:
Ep 1 (50s) - Dick Van Dyke, I Love Lucy
Ep 2 (60s) - Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie, Mary Tyler Moore
Ep 3 (70s) - Brady Bunch, Partridge Family
Ep 5 (80s/early 90s) - Family Ties, Growing Pains, Full House
Ep 6 (late 90s/early 2000s) - Malcolm in the Middle
Ep 7 (mid 2000s/2010s) - Modern Family, the Office
kudos to creative team of this series
you forgot “agatha all along” - the munsters, addams family
"I've beeen a voice without a body, a body but not human and now, a memory made real. Who knows what I might be next"
WandaVision was amazing
Here's the rest of phase 4 in order guys:
1. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
2. Loki
3. Black Widow
4. What If...?
5. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
6. Eternals
7. Hawkeye
8. Spider-Man: No Way Home
9. Moon Knight
10. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
11. Ms. Marvel
12. Thor: Love and Thunder
13. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
14. Werewolf by Night
15. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
@@charcoalberries819 Patience. their reactions are worth the wait. This was one of the best WandaVision reactions I've seen yet.
@@drivers99 But what a movie. Wow!
Wandavision is still a very special MCU project because it was the first TV show and it came at a time when everyone was stuck at home and we all had something to look forward to every week and chat about, and the speculation was so much fun!
It wasn’t the first mcu tv show what? Agents of Shield, Agent Carter, etc.
You guys are great, as always.
yeah that was awesome i didn’t even consider it during the fight !
The line "What is grief if not love persevering?" never fails to make me cry tbh. Loving your reactions to this series! Agatha's song is a bop XD
I love how vulnerable y'all were at the ending. This show makes it damn near impossible to avoid the tears. And Mr October, don't be afraid to let those tears flow brother!!! It takes strength to show the vulnerability you showed here and I commend you for it!! 🙌🤙
I mean i didn’t cry, but im dead inside lol
“Boys? Handle the military. Mommy will be right back.”
One of the best lines in TV.
😊
Release order after Wandavision: "Falcon and the Winter Soldier", "Loki" (season 1), Black Widow, "What If...?" (season 1)
probably one of the best shows (besides Loki) that have came out so far i swear 😭 as a parent it always hits a lil harder with the kids
Loki is white dog crap compared to this show. But your opinion is a thing.
The toaster was supposed to connect you with that event. Most of the commercials connected to pivotal moments of her life. Can't wait for the next thing!
"cuz their family was toast after that.." 😅😅😅😅
xDDD i cant stop laughing ,, sry XDD
I came to the comment section for this comment. 😂
Put that on a tee shirt
26:35 Us:🤦♂️
They showed her with a house construction plan with a heart written "To grow old in....V" aka form Vision.
And you are exactly right. She confirms how her powers work in the Marvels.
Monica can see all of electromagnetic spectrum. Including radio waves, etc.
26:17 I think the cops from Eastview were under Wanda's control too, that's why they don't know, even tho the big sign is right next to them
Even Wanda didn’t know she was a witch until now. She has no clue how strong she really is
Let's go Octobers! Now that Wanda has tapped her full power, watch out!!
20:26 The way she said that with a straight face made me burst out in laughter 😂. I felt so bad for laughing tho.
50s - Dick Van Dyke Show
60s - Bewitched
70s - Brady Bunch
80s - Full House
90s - Malcolm in the Middle
00s - Modern Family
I really enjoyed this show so much. Extra points to Kathryn Hahn for her entertaining performance!
Here's the order for phase 4:
WandaVision
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
Loki season 1
Black Widow
What If...? season 1
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Eternals
Hawkeye
Spider-Man: No Way Home
Moon Knight
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Ms Marvel
Thor: Love and Thunder
I Am Groot season 1
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
Werewolf By Night
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
I had dry eyes too when watching the last episode. What a coincidence.
I would say always go with release order because that's the way we all watched it.
Marvel Phase 4:

The ending of this series always tears me apart. It was so hard to watch Wanda lose everything and everyone AGAIN 😭😭😭
SO glad you guys loved this show. It's still my favorite Marvel show they've done and Wanda is my fav character!
1. in the comics, Agatha Harkness is a mentor to Wanda..
2. no, the mind stone only came to Wanda..not all the volunteers..
3. one of the best lines in the mcu, "but what is grief, if not love persevering?"..
4. the cops from eastview have their memories of westview erased bcuz of the alteration of reality done by wanda to the town..so the town really exist..just anyone who have a direct memory of the town, forgot about it..
5. the paper that wanda is holding is a property title bought by vision..for them to live there..
6. agatha noticed a powerful spell in a town..because her nature is to know every spell and steal it, she went there to investigate..
7. for the Scarlet Witch name..wanda from the comics was actually a mutant..and her monicer is the Scarlet Witch..now, why just now that she was called that? rights..the term mutant and the name Scarlet Witch was owned by 20th century fox..Fox is the one who created the xmen franchise..so all the mutants and their name is under the umbrella of Fox..so Disney cant use their mutant names at the mcu, just their human names..and they were called Enhanced, not mutants..until Disney bought Fox last 2017..therefore, now, disney and mcu can now use their mutant names freely..
8. westview vision didnt gave his knowledge to the white vision..remember, westview vision didnt have any memory prior to westview..bcuz he was created with wanda's grief..he just activated the memories stored inside the white vision..
9. episode 8 and 9 were 2 of the best mcu episodes to date..the emotions..
10. wanda in the end credit scene is astral projecting while her physical body is conscious..dr strange and the ancient one both did it asleep or unconscious..just giving how powerful wanda is..
11. the skrull is referring to Nick Fury at the space..
12. for Pietro in wandavision..its just to heighten the excitement..thats why disney cast the same actor..for fans to speculate on the merging of mcu and mutants..but in the end, its just "bohner" joke..
13. wandavision is still my fave mcu show to date..so beautiful..
14. nope, here are the line up..next is The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki S1, Black Widow, Shang Chi, What If, Eternals, Hawkeye, Spiderman No Way Home, Moon Knight, Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Ms Marvel, Thor Love and Thunder, She-Hulk, Werewolf by Night, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and GOTG: Holiday Special..for Phase 5, AntMan and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol3, Secret Invasion, The Marvels, Loki S2, What If S2, and then, Echo..
WandaVision is one of my favorite MCU anything. It was the perfect way to start Phase 4.
Great reaction, you guys 😄55:17 The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is up next in the release order 😁
26:41 vision bought property and picked west view for Wanda and him to live in. She found out after endgame. She formed the hex from her grief.
Don't sleep on The Falcon & the Winter Soldier. It comes before Loki.
Fr that show was fire
Ehhh. They can watch Loki season 1 and 2 together. The reference to Ant Man at the end is not significant.

Despite the what haters say. Some TH-camrs called this show formulaic and boring. Ugh.
@@wiccalady9948 Can you imagine the absurdity of that?
"So I guess she's gonna be a big player in this next phase. obviously..." 🤣🤣 Should I tell them? lets just watch and enjoy.
This show made me love Wanda even more, she really lost everything 💔
Elizabeth Olsen is fantastic in this role.
The first few episodes of this series were based on the sitcoms that she watched as a child. The first episode was based on 'Bewitched'.
First episode was more Dick van Dyke show. The second episode was Bewitched.
26:24 vision and her bought the land before he died they just wanted a normal life together

Though Evan Peters's Pietro was just Disney Marvel Cinematic Universe messing with fans that they were hinting Wanda multiversally pulled Evan's Pietro from the Fox Marvel Cinematic Universe, heralding the FoxMCU was finally being incorporated into the DisneyMCU, it was a brilliantly slick psyche out:
Evan's Pietro was introduced in an episode of the WandaVision series which ran in the 80's, the EXACT period Evan's Pietro was introduced in X-Men Days of Future Past, whose time travel events took place in the 80's. Noyce.

14:00 Wanda is twice bless (or curse) she's not only a mutant that alter reality but she also born a witch and her powers compliment each other and made her one of the powerful mutan.
Agatha is a villain in Marvel comics and she is a witch
Wanda and Pietro is supposed to be Eric (Magneto) children
So for the MCU they kind of just skipped over the whole Brotherhood of Mutants, X-Men period of there lives and skipped to Wanda being an Avenger.
omg im so excited to see you react to other disney+ series especially ms marvel and she-hulk!
“She’s going to be a big player in the next phase” bro you have no idea lol
I think you want the falcon and the winter soldier next. And then Loki
My morning coffee and an upload from my favorite reactors, I don't think the day could get any better ❤
A lot of the series is kinda part of the mcu and from the comics. in the comics they took vision apart and put him back together white. agatha harkness is a witch in the comics but she was old and was a mentor for wanda and baby sitter for the fantastic four lol
The sorcerer supreme is doctor strange. It was the ancient one before him but now it’s him. Agatha was saying that Wanda’s power exceeds even his
in marvel comics there were supernatural stories, metaphysical, space , horror and grounded ( daredevil etc.)
Great reaction as always guys. You're going to LOVE Loki as well. So, to stick in strict release order for Phase 4, the order would be
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (TV Series)
Loki (TV Series)
Black Widow
What If? (TV Series)
Shand-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Eternals
Hawkeye (TV Series)
Spiderman; No Way Home
Moon Knight (TV Series)
Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness
Ms Marvel (TV Series)
Thor; Love and Thunder
She-Hulk (Tv Series)
Werewolf By Night (TV show)
Wakanda Forever
Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special (TV Show)
Please give me phase 5 in release order again?
White Vision is the real Vision who died in Infinity War. SWORD rebuilt him as a weapon.
As you know, from the X-Men Universe Pietro is Erik Lehnsherr AKA Magnito son. It's not been confirmed in the MCU, But in the Comics, and 90's cartoon Wands is also Eric's daughter.
Pietro is not in the X-Men Fox Universe, as his name was actually changed to Peter from Pietro in the X-Men Fox one.
Wanda is literally a god in the MCU
“Mickey Mouse and the Ghost of Christmas Past.” Aka the Mickey Mouse version of A Christmas Carol. Now I want to watch it. 😂 Also, it’s a travesty that y’all don’t know who Dick Van Dyke is. Someone tell them to watch Mary Poppins next.
0:26 yeah, I can't wait for GotG3 and Spider-Man no way home.
(The only clause was that if a movie bombs or if a studio doesn't make a movie for a certain amount of time, the rights would revert back to Marvel.)
SOOOO, Quicksilver and the Scarlett Witch both fall under the X-Men banner.
Love how much thought you put into things while watching.....and the way you both just are❤
I liked my theory, that Agatha or Wanda pulled Pietro from another universe and in the hex, he fell under Wanda's spell as Ralph, but then Agatha used the beads and put him under a second spell to control him.
Easter Egg from Tony Stark when Wanda mind wrapped Hulk "... That little witch is messing with your mind."
I'm crying too 🥲🥲🥲
Next is Falcon and the Winter Soldier , Loki , Black Widow, Shang-Chi, then Eternals.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is next for the MCU
