mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in the next stitch)
dec = decrease (join the next 2 stitches into 1)
sl st = slip stitch
st = stitch
ch = chain
F.O = finish off
[ ] = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

Following the first part of this tutorial is really painful. The first 6 or 7 rows are poorly explained, you have to slow down the video and follow her stitch by stitch because the captions had errors and also she didn't talk to explain it. She also skipped what is supposed do be done in row 11, I had to count my stitches and figure out that you have to do in row 11 the same thing that in rows 12-14 (40sc).This is really sad because the final result looks really beautiful, at least in her video. 😭
