I had a dermamelan peel done in February and then continued with the follow up which I was supposed to do in 3 months. But unfortunately the cream dried up and couldn’t continue. pigmentation lightened but didn’t leave I was given another dermamelan which I’m using at present, after I’m done this I would like your opinion on a good cream for pigmentation and especially wrinkles. I don’t like to condemn products but I was not happy with this and it was not up to the standard that they advertised. Thank you Dr. V!

My question is, I mostly had a clear but combination of skin, but now I see darkness around my mouth, forehead, and open pores around my nose and cheeks, and a little small bumpy skin type on my forehead and cheeks, for which started using salicylic acid facewash and vitamin c cerum, and basic moisturizer. Not sure what causing, but a lot of pimple like something has started to appear on my skin. Can you make a video on how to start skin care, not to mix a lot in the starting, or something in those lines?

I had this frequently occur when I was little, my kids also experienced this when they were young and recently after I went on vacation in the Caribbean, I am noticing light spots.
