    I'm also trying to get out of a really long slump currently and I really appreciated this video! What you said about talking nicely to yourself is so true and important, you read for 15 minutes, that's so good and it doesn't matter if you used to read more, you're reading and that's what counts!

    This is how my 2024 has been. 😢 2 DNF haven’t help. I need to get back into at least one chapter a day. No stress!❤

    This was a interesting video. I try to read for 15 minutes and normally I don't want to stop once i have started. I also read multiple books at the same time from various genres to suit my many moods of a single day (mood reader 100%) which encourages me to take my time and read more. Which is strange but it works for me at the moment. Yesss self talk is really important and can really slip into adding pressure onto reading which is a joy and privilege to do. Crazy 😂❤
