    ❤️材料:三层肉250克,切薄片、咸鱼(切粒)、1把辣椒干、姜片、洋葱、蒜、麻油、酱油、少许黑胡椒、1勺木薯粉、1勺糖、2勺黑酱油、1勺绍兴酒
    🥢腌制肉:1勺麻油,少许黑胡椒粉,1勺酱油,1勺木薯粉
    调料酱:1勺糖,1勺麻油,2勺黑酱油,半碗清水
    做法:
    1、三层肉加入腌料拌匀待放20分钟,然后放入热油中过油,捞起沥干。
    2、咸鱼放入热油中煎香,捞起沥干。
    3、留油,爆香姜片和辣椒干蒜末,炒至金黄色再把肉加入和调料酱炒香,倒入水和焖煮3-5分钟。
    4、加入洋葱一部分青葱咸鱼煮至汁稍干,倒入砂锅再加入一大匙绍兴酒,&剩下的青葱再煮一分钟就可以了。

    ❤️Materials: 250 grams of three-layer meat, thinly sliced, salted fish (diced), 1 pinch of dried chili, ginger slices, onion, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, a little black pepper, 1 spoon of tapioca powder, 1 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons Dark soy sauce, 1 scoop of Shaoxing wine
    🥢 Marinated meat: 1 spoon of sesame oil, a little black pepper, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of tapioca flour
    Seasoning sauce: 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, half a bowl of water
    practice:
    1. Add the three-layer meat to the marinade, mix well and let stand for 20 minutes, then put it in the hot oil for oiling, remove and drain.
    2. Put the salted fish in hot oil and fry until fragrant, remove and drain.
    3. Save the oil, saute the ginger slices and dried chili minced garlic, fry until golden brown, then add the meat and seasoning sauce to fry until fragrant, pour in water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
    4. Add part of the onion and the salted fish with shallots and cook until the juice is slightly dry, pour into the casserole and add a tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, and cook the remaining shallots for another minute.

    I have never cook a single dish in my life. I chanced upon this video and yesterday I decided to make this the first dish in my life. Thank you very very much, after an hour or struggling (yes an hour, first time cutting garlic and onion), I successfully cooked a edible dish my family enjoyed. Subscribed!
