How to plastic weld (repair seadoo Spark hull)

I have done bumpers like that and they do not hold. Plastic welding is a system where it adds plastic over the cracks.

Brake clean and high temps are deadly. Dont do that part use something else to clean

Chlorinated brake cleaner containing tetrachloroethylene will, on exposure to high temperatures (above 500 °F (260 °C)) or strong UV light, decompose into phosgene and hydrogen chloride, both of which are extremely dangerous if inhaled.
