I've just received mine. My first reaction: WOW! It looks way better than on pictures/videos. Very solid build. Sits very firm and comfortable. You even get the accessory pouch and the bottle bag and tripod holder to install it outside of the backpack.
I just bought the 450 and it's FANTASTIC~! I learned several things from this video, thank you.
Just got my 350 AW II yesterday and returned it today. exchanging it for 450 II for more space.
I've had the version 1 for more than a year, best camera bag I've used! These improvements are very impressive I must say. Shout out to the design team :)
I like this. I've just got Viewpoint 250 and rapidly become a massive fan of LowePro backpacks
Guys you have won. I'm buying this, a lot of people are crazy happy. I'm a hiking guy and comfortable carrying a camera is important for me.
bought it last year and made some hikes in Austria with it, not a single time did it bother me on my back. Running it with 3 Lenses and a Canon 80D
Ich habe mir den Rucksack Ende letzten Jahres gekauft. Mega happy damit :) Danke @LowePro
Just bought one; this bag is very close to perfection. Only two issues: the laptop pouch is just so very slightly too small for my XPS15 laptop, and the compartment divider can be a bit overwhelming at first. Could be nice to a few guides/suggestions coming with the bag on how to place them for most common usages (side grab of the camera for example)
AH YES! My next camera bag...good deal!
it sure is!
I wish the bottom was made out of water resistant and washable material just like some Case Logic cases, useful when putting the case on a wet surface.
Thanks for the video. Just wanted to know what is the best method to secure the zippers from theft? I've used my Flipside 400 AW for 10 years now, and the rear zip is a feature that I cant' live without.
I wish the water bottle pockets could actually attach to the side of the backpack
3:38 oh but please, take another 10 seconds and pull out that all weather cover and show us how it covers the back compartment
Just ordered this bag. A bit expensive so I hope it’s worth it.
There is a $50 gift card rebate going on right now through B&H. Ends on 3/31/19. You might qualify?
Great another backpack from Lowepro that don't have load lifters. Doesn't anyone think that a backpack full of camera gear is heavy?
its always miserable here so padded jackets are the norm . i wear belstaff jackets with shoulder protection .
Can i keep14inch laptop inside the bag?
lowepro are tough . i have 4 now a sling from the 80s . toploader 75 . pro runnerv350 thats a big bag .pro tactical this is slimmer . more fitted . all tough and heavily used ..the pro runner great for lighting heads leads wireless bits n bobs .. always feels safe in lowepro
will it fit 14" M1 Pro MacBook?
Hey guys. I run an A73. My big worry is, will I be able to easily use the side access pockets or should I go up to the larger size bag? I prefer the smaller size as it just seems a much better size for travelling and plane hopping.
Slimming down the previous version is a good idea. But seems like it is aimed at mirrorless camera users. For DSLR users and particularly with vertical grip it would be a good idea to increase the depth from the current 18cm to around 20cm to enable to accommodate DSLR with grip. Or otherwise retain the height of the 450 in the upgraded version instead of 52cm which is too high. Just sharing a thought not a critique.
Can someone tell me what tactical means.
I didn’t get the accessory straps with mine
send it back .. i got them
Hi just wanted to know if this will fit my d850 mounted with a nikkor 200-500 mm and lens hood in this ??
Can you fit a 15in MacBook Pro?
"...Up to 13-inch laptop".
www.lowepro.com/us-en/protactic-bp-350-aw-ii-black-lp37176-pww/
If you look at the dimensions, the Macbook Pro 15" 2016+ could almost fit (and they replied to me on Facebook that it will). But I'm still looking for a confirmation by someone who tried it in person.
After a real life test, it still doesn't fit...
@@doudoukong9274 Thats no bueno...
What about a 14 inch laptop. Will it fit?
Anyone know what jacket he is wearing or what clothing line this is I want the jacket!
look at the emblem and google it
Pls do a video comparing lowepro protactic aw 350 v2 to aw 450 v2
450 obviusly bigger, seriously you need a vid to show you that 🤦♂️, it's the same bag
Good review and informative. But can it accomodate a medium size dslr with vertical grip through the side access.
yes i have d850 grip 3 2.8 lenses
hello luis , what is that emblem on your sleeve , someone asked and now its stealing the show
any suggestions for a bag which can carry a godox 600 flash? along with canon 5d markIV with 24-105 lens?
pro runner 450
Does it fit under a plane seat
yup
What size is this in litres? I read a spec sheet saying it’s 16L. I want to upgrade my Lowepro photo hatchback 16L to a bigger one. These two don’t look to be the same size.
Hello.
I am looking for a camera backpack.
I love BP 450AW ii, but it is so big to me.
But my camera is flagship camera, so I can not carry it in 350AW ii.
Please make other bag which can carry flagship camera, but small size.
Thank you.
i can get a d850 with 70-200 fitted . i have tge pro runner 2 it fits . the trinity of nikon lenses + too much gear to carry .. i bought the tactical for just carting two lenses around . whats a flagship camera ? not many cameras are bigger than nikon d850 with grip and 70-200 2.8 .
@@tomhughes5123 my camera is d4s. It has vertical grip, so I am trying to find a camera backpack for my d4s. It is so hard to find.
I have two lenses, they are 70-200 and 24-70. I hope find a camera backpack for me.
@@lee9397-j4z iv a lowepro pro runner 350 its plenty big for your set up . its a bugger carrying 14-24 24-70 70-200 with d850+ grip .(oh and 50mm 1.8 85mm f1.8). easlily fits it all in ...very chunky protection , but i want a smaller day pack ( i dont always carry the lot ) two lenses are enough sometimes
@@tomhughes5123 really. So thanks. I have a peakdesign everyday backpack 20l, I can carry my camera and two lenses in it hardly. Lowprotactic 350 looks so nice, but it is so big but I don't have any other options. I should have 350.
@@lee9397-j4z its not as big as the pro runner 350 . thats why i ordered it , i know its a 350 but it really isnt as big as as it looks in pictures , where as the pro runner is huge compared to the pictures , iv bought 3 lowepro bags in as many months including the 75 pro ( just camera and 70-200 fitted) the pro tactical is perfect for your set up , i wish i could send a picture buddy
Is it going to fit the 15 inch Laptop?
Nope, you will need to get the lowepro 450 version to fit a 15inch laptop
Which is better this one or the Pro Runner AW 2?
my 350 pro runner is much bigger .. this is perfect for a pro camera and 2 f2.8 lenses ....pro runner fits full trinity of lenses .+
I have a 450, and a 350 AW II🤘 but i wish there was a 400 size 😂 or just a 350 with more space so it could fit my 15inch laptop
350 doesnt fit your 15in laptop? Damn it.
@@colinmakesvideos nope.. Well at least mine doesnt.. Its a msi laptop and its pretty beefy.. But im not sure if a ultra thin 15 inch would fit
Do you think the 350 AW II would fit two DLSR bodies with lens attached (D750 + Tamron 70-200 & D750 + Tamron 24-70) and 1 flash? I am on the fence between 350 vs 450 size. And since they aren't available locally, it's hard to determine.
Dommage que la lumière sur le visage du présentateur vienne de la mauvaise direction. Du ciel serait mieux.
Has the BP 450 AW 11 also been upgraded ?
If I am not wrong 450 II is the upgraded version of 450
Can you fit a DSLR with a vertical grip in the top compartment or anywhere?
Miles behind the mindshift backlight...
Hello. I bought this backpack on Amazon
two days ago
The backpack does not stand upright, it falls. To make it stay straight I have to take out the cover from the bottom
if it does not remain straight it is a very bad product
Do you have any suggestions?
Another reviewer faulted the backpack for this.
Thats mainly the way it is ... a bit annoying but if you get used to it you will find a position where you can put it down and it will stand still. If you're using a tripod on the tactic stripes it stands just perfect.
I love this but at $200 it’s just not worth it! There so many other cheaper versions that do the same thing!
name them please im searching for a bag
other good options like peak design or so cost 250-280
@@mateoteran8246 new bag from Peter McKinnon will take you down approximately $675. So this option is the best on a market.
iv dropped a lowepro in the sea for a moment i threw it back on the boat all was well 😃😃 i wasnt laughing at the time though . you get what you pay for with camera bags .
