    I took the assessment a week ago and got a 19 on the digit challenge and a 22 on the switch challenge. I also aced the grid challenge by using your strategy to split the grid into 4 corners and I used a notebook with a bunch of squares for each question. I’m not sure what my chances are, but you helped me a lot with your videos!

    I have learned a lot from your videos and I am very grateful for your work. I found few unique questions to be challenging, but I was able to answer them correctly. I would be happy to share my learnings with you so that you can use them in your content. I have completed all stages of the process and I have received an email asking me to verify my documents.l, not sure if that is a yes or no but regardless of the outcome it was a great experience and thankyou once again

    Hi Bahroz, I referred to your assessments videos and they were of tremendous help in getting that first interview. Thank you so much for your amazing videos! Also, I would just like your advise on the upcoming interview if you do not mind..
    I am applying for an in-house legal admin role and honestly based on my previous work experience, there were not many times where I took leadership or changed a legacy way of doing things (my job being legal related, a lot of these things have a strict status quo to be kept and not much flexibility is allowed, naturally) so I'm struggling to come up with answers that are convincing enough to the interviewers. I know they prioritze my legal knowledge more than my leadership or anything but I am struggling here.. Do you have tips on that?
    Thank you so much once again, have a blessed week ahead.

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      hi thanks for reaching out… to answer your question it doesn’t have to be that you come up with an example where you changed a legal code it could be as simple as you following a different process of filing and tracking the case so related to the process and ways of working that you make use of..
      Hope that helps

    I have three consecutive interviews with different individuals, and each interview involves similar behavior and situational questions. I'm considering asking for feedback from the first interviewer immediately after the first interview concludes. Additionally, I'm contemplating seeking feedback during the question and answer session after the second interview. Is this approach acceptable?

      Hi it all depends how you pitch in the request or question around the feedback… as long as it sounds mature and professional it’s good..

    Hello Bahroz,
    First, I want to appreciate for what you are doing. Your videos are really helpful.
    I took P&G Assessment 10-15 days ago. If memory serves me well, I got a 18/19 on digit challenge and 14/15 on switch challenge. By following your marker technique, I aced the grid challenge. Could you please tell me how many are my chances to pass the assessment?
    Regards,
    Saleh

    Hi Bahroz, I got invited to the 2nd interview and I am binge watching your videos again. I have a couple of questions... I've noticed that some people conduct their 2nd and 3rd interviews together. Does the fact that I am having my 2nd and 3rd interview separately suggest anything about my performance on my 1st interview? For example does it mean that I performed not as good in my 1st interview? Also, do you know how many candidates P&G tend to select in their 2nd and 3rd interviews?Thank you tons!! Hope you are having a good day :)

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi best of luck.
      No it doesn’t mean anything number of interviewers per interview depend on availability of interviewers…
      Hard to say on candidate selection depends on the market role and timing…

      @@bahroz Hey Bahroz, I just ended my 2nd panel interview and as a response for my reverse interview question, I received feedback that I seemed "too" structured and prepared for the interview... They said that they could see passion, leadership & ownership, but it would be better if I had flexibility in my response. I guess rehearsing too much kind of rebounded :(

    Hello, I passed all of the tests and received 3 interviews but ultimately did not receive an offer. Is it true that I am banned from being considered for 12 months? I received an email saying so, however what about other position applications I had before I did the interview for this position?
