Do you know much about the Kazakh people during this period? I met an older man from that country yesterday, he spoke little English, and I only knew the word rakhmet for "thanks". I thought of you afterwards and how you knew a bit about the people of the steppe, and you may have understood some of what he said.
@@JackSargePainting about Kazakhstan not much, they had a khanate from the 15th century until the Russians conquered them in the 19th century. They and the Uzbek khanate centered in Bukhara were ruled over by descendants of Ghengis Khan though, the Shaybanid dynasty
Looking good 👍
Figures look good. Love the Khurasan figs. Currently I'm using them in building a couple of 9 Year War (Louis XIV) forces.
@@regwirth3004 they are fantastic miniatures with excellent details. A Nine Years War project sounds like fun, its such a visually rich period
Lovely stuff
@@basicminiaturepainting Thank you!
Alright now we need a siege of Malta table with the fortress of Saint Elmo!
@@TriariusWarGaming it would be awesome, making a table for that could be really challenging though
absolutely lovely!
@@wgeffoxdo9719 thanks!
