Just stumbled on your channel, just wanted to say I find this kind of content really relaxing and nice to have on in the background while I’m painting. Makes me feel like I’m sitting off in the corner of a game store while someone is playing nearby. Keep it coming!

"tareekh ummate muslima=the history of Muslims"moulan.ismail Rehan, one of the best book in Urdu language with authentic sources ,,i don't know if it's translated into English language.. the problem with the English historians is they lack the knowledge of "chains of narrations" in islam, it's not accepted if you don't present the history with strong references/evidences,especially if its related to the history of the "prophet Muhammad s.a.w, and the first 3 generations of islam",there is a whole sciences of checking the narrations in islam.

How the hell Ottomans able to gather such a huge army in a short time during the Prut campaign ? 97.000 Janisarry, damn

Good for you! I have not received mine yet. 19th century miniature is a good company but slow. Blue moon old glory is really fast

Wow! Did you hurt your arm lifting all of that? That is one full box of 'lead'. :)

I was surprised I could cram all the Napoleonic 15s in the box. I was able to able fit in some Thracians and something else too. Enjoy!

Mike, you are fantastic. Marvelous generous great man and gamer
@@charleslatora5750 ... I figured out 15mm were too small for my fat fingers and aging eyes.
Outstanding!!!
Always glad to watch your splendid units!
These are my "go to" Rules for the SYW and a friend I introduced them to, enjoys them also. The Rules are very flexible as regards figure scale whether you have an existing collection or decide to do your own thing. All you have to do is measure the width of what you want your 'standard' unit to be and compare this with the 'Maximum Long Muskets Only Range' in each of the various figure scale playsheets. When you find a match (or near enough), then that playsheet is the one to use. For example, my collection consists of Pendraken 10mm figures, so you would think that I would normally use the 10mm scale playsheet provided in the Rules. However, my infantry units, consisting of 32 figures in 2 lines, are 10 cm (4 inches) wide - the width you would normally use for 15mm figures - so I use the 15mm playsheet instead.
These are without doubt, in my opinion, the best rules for a battalion style SYW game. My friends and I have been using them, with a few of our own variations since 2016. They give a very good and easy to follow method to represent the well organised linear warfare of this period. Everyone picks them up by about Move Three and you can't often say that! We've done games large and small matched to size of table and number of players from 300 to 3000. Highly recommended.
@@chrisgregg3624 glad to see they are being played, I am looking forward to trying them
Fab set of rules. We've been playing a dozen battles per year in 15mm for several years. If you like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing you'll like. :-) A game of perhaps 20 units per side is very doable in three hours. Incredibly good fun if you randomly roll on the Command table getting commanders of varying quality in conjunction with the National Differences. We've had good fun with half a dozen units and a big game with almost 40 units per side, finished in under 5 hours. Highly recommend them.
@@MrFatWally glad to see people out there playing these rules, its not a blue book you see a lot about online
A couple of good Facebook groups. Very friendly
I'm glad you got to play your first game of Napoleonics. To be honest with you, GDA2 is much more stream-lined compared to the original rules. Some of the Napoleonic Flavor within the rules come from the different troop types, quality levels, national characteristics, and the different leadership abilities of the different nations. Have a fantastic week my friend 👍
Colorful and splendid figures here!
@@philRminiatures thank you Phil!
Гарно
I have a set of these rules, I like the game, not too over complicated with things to slow down play. I like the national differences that give it some historical flavor, I am currently building up two armies of 10mm imaginations forces (from old glory miniatures). If you don't have miniatures made yet for test playing, i recommend using kriegsspiel style blocks. Everything will be scaled down with the kriegspiel footprint , but for test play, it will give you a great idea of how the game works. And you won't need to wait months or years to paint up two good-sized factions. You can pick up a kriegsspiel map or print or even make it if you are crafty enough. Thanks for the video. There's really not much on youtube about the honors of war rules set.

Hello Sir, The Saxons had 2 and 1/2 grenadier battalions at Raszyn . Grenadier Bn. Einsiedel which was composed of two companies of IR Von Dyherrn (light blue facings) and IR Konig (red facings). The half battalion was composed of two grenadier companies of IR Rechten (dark red facings)【sort of like citadel's khorne red]. There was also one battalion of IR Oebschelwitz. I have to research their facings. Artillery consisted of 2x 6 gun foot batteries and two battalion guns from IR Oebschelwitz. Two squadrons of the Saxon Hussars were also present. Let me know if you need any other info. Oh, the Konig grenadiers had gold/brass buttons. I will have to research the others. Hope this helps.
Sorry, 1 and 1/2 grenadier bns.
IR Oebshelwitz had light blue facings and I think gold/brass buttons.
