Newlands Forest Hike | Cape Town | Table Mountain

This has to be one of the great summer hikes in Cape Town due to all the shade on this route. There is a dodgy scramble downhill which links to the woodcutter trail. Kids can also do this route and a great hike to take a dog with.

@@garnettsnyman hi Garnett, wonder if you came across the white'barked thin trees covered in bright emerald green moss ? Their roots spread out around them..they may be deeper in the forest..?
