really appreciate you using something other than chi chi! I didn't realize celestial dragon was an option so I've been using birds and aquatic... celestial dragon works better. :P
I used your starter pet strategy, and opened with Zandalri Ankelrender. I finished off all pets with the Emerald Proto Whelp using Proto-Strike, Emerald Bite, and Ancient Blessing.
I used Padaren Water Spirit, Chromius, and Anub Idol.. I opened with Geyser and then whirlpool from Water spirit, then switched to chromius and applied howl, then Surge and Thundertail was dead. used water spirit until he dies, then anub to finish off third pet using sandstorm.
Hi Hazel ty for the video. For some reason recently I have been on a pet kick and been collecting em. Came here cause i cannot seem to beat any of the new guys ( yes I am very inexperienced with pets) Hoping to understand battles more and pets abilities. I have stopped what I was doing ( trying to beat CTT) and am heading to the ruins to try for an idol as I do not have that. Most my pets are low guys, guess i will farm more before attempting these big guys in Tanaar. Thanks for video(s) Any other advice is welcomed here or in game! Blessings -Dratnuhym-
I dont have the Zandalari Anklerender and it turned out Zandalari Kneebitter works even better. I had half health on the kneebitter when Thundertail was down :) Ready to take on the crab. Rotation for kneebitter on thundertail was - 1 x Black claw - 1 x Hunting party - 1 x Bloodfang and it was dead :) it died to bloodfang healing up my kneebitter :) super easy

YEAH! They did not come out in that order but i stuck with the plan and it worked! YEAH!

I beat it with Lil'Bling, Arcane Eye, and Flamering Moth. it was close tho. Thought I'd mention it for those that have those pets.
