If this is a case of oral and maxillofacial surgery why not dental surgeons are working on it ? Please don't say they are not capable. Because they study skull in depth than anyone.

My uncle has the same thing. Doctor has said nothing can be done. Surgery done, Chemo done and it is still growing.

So cool. Any advice for someone performing their own oral surgery? Epulis fissuratum to be exact, due to poor fitting denture? It's in front below their top lip causing mouth to not close properly. A small self incision was made to see what pain is Iike and they felt none. Their only concern is hitting something serious and if it can cause death?
