There are currently some issues with bannerlord, so things are going slow these days Also for the battle terrain system we had that in mind since day 1 so that’s just lucky for us. Oh and I’m up for a Q&A no need to blackmail me yet 😂

I don't know for what reason, companies don't make games for Warhammer 40k, Warhammer fantasy and Lord of the rings with the 3rd/1st person open world genre, but they are seriously missing on a lot of bought copies. How is it possible that most games in these genres are jack shit, while there is so much potential is beyond me. Hell even with Games workshop's shit attitude, they can make so much money, how do they not see this?
Something i would suggest to the modders: for the love of god play "war of the ring" boardgame and have a feeling of what can be done there there are so many good ideas from that boardgame that could be implemented in the mod
3:28 if u pause there it's so fking sad what taleworld has done to the character creation, in 2016 it looked so epic almost perfectly recreating faces like this Vind Diesel dude and Albert Einstein and now u can't even get close to recreating Sean Beans face( Boromir) . Ever face kinda looks like the same or has the same expression and it makes it feel really detachting from the charcter as it doesn't feel special...
The one ring should not be easy to find, and as soon as you find it, everyone comes after you and are able to take it for themselves The one ring could give +10 influence. Not to mention huge HP and physique/ combat boost

This looks too ambitious, I would estimate it's gonna take them around 5 or 6 years but hopefully we get to see it soon. Right now it's just bannerlord reskinned.
Good mod but I think the guys from warhammer fantasy doing far better job. Besides warhammer is just more plastic then lotr. Also the problem is with their puristic mindset which might be big problem with making it playable for longer then 15 hours (like how not to remove 50% of Bannerlord content such as trade, houses, kingdom making, having own castle/city itp). I spoke about it and for now its look like it gonna be base Warband without Bannerlord with load of text to read as "rpg" content which doesnt sound that amazing.

We now just need unreal engine 5 port xD Then we have real life looking mount and blade battles. With real physics of flesh and blood etc etc xD
