Hello. My serpentine belt broke and snapped the ckp sensor wire from the harness. I spliced a new pigtail onto the main wire loom and replaced the sensor but still getting the code. Does it have to be OEM?

Maybe wireing is wrong or it’s broken else where maybe sensor took damage

Try to solder the wires. I've fought with o2 sensors for years and found I have to solder the pigtails on if I don't want codes.

My sensor is extremely difficult to push in. Is there anything I need to check or something I'm doing wrong?

Can I stick a rag in there and clean it out? Im on my second sensor so I don't think they are the wrong ones.

My 2004 accord has a delayed start but once she gets going she drives fine. Will this fix the slow turnover? Or am I dealing with something else

@@RBTheMechanic starter wouldn’t start the car I changed that 10 months ago plus with the spark plugs brand new …if it was the starter I wouldn’t even have power I would just hear a click noise , I feeling like it’s the battery Becuase the connectors aren’t as tight as the was before they like lose even when I tighten them down
